I love weeks of pantry/freezer cleanout. The benefit is two-fold-saving money and cleaning out goods!

For that package of two chicken tenders - cut them up and add them to a salad. Or you could make an "Italian quesadilla" with parmesan cheese instead of Mexican cheese and marinara for dipping. Cut up the pieces finely, add parmesean, and you could probably make a few quesadillas

I like petite tomatoes 🍅 too. I look through my freezers & cupboards all the time. I keep a running list ideas of what I can make. If I’m missing something I grab it the next time, so I can complete my ideas. My grocery lists are very small, then if I see a good sale I stock up.

Used small amount of shredded parmesan cheese, the jalapeno slices like you used and a cream cheese jalapeno & habnaro. Delicious!!!

I've been working on clearing out our freezer. We've got to do some electrical work and the power will be shut off for a few days.
It's been about 3 weeks and I'm guessing we can go until the end of May without buying main meal stuff.
