Since your radiator has the inlets/outlets on opposing corners🤔 Could you change the length of the tabs so that one corner (fill corner) was slightly higher in elevation (from level) than the opposing corner (water pump) to more easily cut down on bubbles? It could also keep water in the pump the longest if there was a major leak for some reason🤔.
