I'm an 80 y.o. woman and I LOVE your videos! As a child, my 3 years older brother and I were avid explorers, though on a much smaller scale than the twins. Watching you go into all those underground worlds is a thrilling vicarious experience for me, plus I love seeing young people GET OUT of the house and engage with the world, so much to see and challenges to surmount. The Action Adventure Twins are superb cavers and bring it home for all us armchair explorers. Stay safe & have more amazing times, you guys, and thank you for the awesome videos we get to enjoy!!

I don't know if I'm just being ignorant but is it not possible for these kind of places to flood completely at any moment?

@@Alfred-Neuman I imagine someone smarter than me would talk about static-pressure or something like that. I imagine whatever is keeping that delicate balance in place would only have a flood happen if one crucial variable changed.

The big metal pipe coming into the ceiling of the cave is most likely for a well. That looks like a 4 inch well casing pipe in my opinion.

That's exactly what I thought too. There'd be no need to anchor a building passed bedrock which there's a lot of sturdy rock above there.

I worked on oil and gas lease here in Kansas and that's exactly what I'm thinking. It's probably a very old oil or gas well , anywhere from the 1920s to the 1940s. Depending on what state they are in. It's most likely a plugged well. Probably full of concrete.

AND, it’s just chilling on the surface of the water. We’ve all seen teeny-tiny insects floating on water, but I always assumed it was because their body mass is small enough to keep them from breaking the surface tension. But that spider was the size of a puppy…..and no one has ever seen a puppy walk on water! SO HOW DOES IT WORK?!? I think they’re in the Upside Down. It’s the only explanation I have.

16:02 that's fresh collapse. Within the decade (or two). Note the stone still has its OG color. A good way to tell how far down the line you are, is to break a chip off one and compare colors. The milkier it is, the older the break. It's not an exact science, but it's good to at least know how far down the line you are. Of course, there's also other indicators like growths (biological or natural formations) on top.
20:47 that's a well. Probably old. From when they used to dig for wells in their yards, before the city had some semblance of infrastructure.

The one I noticed 1st is circular shaped and blue and when I paused it, it looks like a maybe a cup lying on its side so you are looking directly into it? Maybe? The other is to the leftin the gap. You start to wonder if someone didn't leave that shit there, did it get moved by the water flowing upstream somewhere and settle there?
