Is the doctor choosing a drug based on the bioavailability? Then why the less or non-bio available drugs exist? Why can't they be withdrawn?

How the drug which has been trapped in stomach parital cell how it will be absorb in blood.
Can all drug which is acidic are have iontrapping in stomach parital cell?

The ion-trapped drug can enter circulation through mechanisms such as passive diffusion, active transport, facilitated diffusion, or endocytosis, depending on its chemical properties and the presence of transport proteins. Understanding the drug's ionization state and the pH gradient across membranes is crucial in determining how it moves into the bloodstream

The poll at 49.05,i didn't understand mam.. please clarify
B option is where I got stuck
The bioavailability of oral administered drug can be calculated by area under curve of oral administration...why iv administration also given in option...as we know it is always 100%

    Maam,
    I have one doubt
How during distribution, the drug simultaneously goes to all three tissues, maam the whole blood from stomach and intestine, will it go to the liver? Or without going to liver, is there any other mechanism through which it directly reaches target organ ma'am, maam can you please explain how it reaches simultaneously to all the 3 tissues

Something is wrong with the definition of bioavailability. Bioavailability is not the concentration of drug in blood it is availability of drug which shows pharmacological action (whether therapeutic or lethal action) at last by binding with receptor. Comment whether I am right or Wrong.
