I like running this perk with Diversion and Iron Will + Deja Vu, keeps the killer away and allows you to be productive and stealthy while being healing with Clean Break, it's pretty good!

I wonder if Scavenger would be better than Built to Last. All that time you sit in lockers to refill your toolbox is a little counter-intuitive to the speed gained in my brain lol. Use the debuff time to unhook/heal others or get to your next gen or whatever.
