Thank you so much for the kind words :) I know my video's are long, messy and a bit of a slog to get through, but it's exactly how I do them, if I mess up, you'll see where I go wrong, or where I actually get it right, it's not exactly a tutorial, more an idiot bumbling his way around things . There are a lot of people on here who do fantastic and slick productions, I just try to make things work, glad you got your first one done, now on to the next project :)

@@HannahCharlesworth98 I’ve got loads, they’re all unedited, meandering and not all of them successfully work, if it’s a failure, it still goes up, and then it goes in the spares box for the next attempt. Thanks for watching though, and commenting, it’s really appreciated ☺️☺️

@@1up_Gaming I don’t even know how to properly insert them in the first place because I can’t find a video of good quality that clearly shows them inserting it
i think its just to prevent scratches on the actual screen, im sure you can take it off but youll risk damaging the screen easier, it might be a digitizer too tho so id leave it

Hi, good video. The finish of this screen is Matte or Glossy?
It’s kind of in between, if that makes sense. It’s not as glossy as the original but is a good replacement & still useful.
Are these screens brighter and better?
I put in a new screen, reconnected everything, and now it just turns off when I turn it on. I don’t know what I did wrong

@@1up_Gaming I think it has to do with those tiny ribbon cables on the motherboard. I cannot connect them properly because of how small they are
