    Burpees are just... Insane, every morning after waking up is the first thing I'm doing with the handstand and it is "the laziness killer"! Keep the great work Chris and crew!

    guys if u think this is difficult, trust me it isn't. when i started watching i was the laziest person and i could not even exercise because i was so lazy. now i am in the best shape of my life and am proud to have someone like chris as my role model. all u need is motivation and then u will see how to start to enjoy working out. this guy is something else. Huge respect for you Chris.

    He's been doing that burpees for a long time, so he has perfection in it... So guys don't get sad if u can't do that perfectly on ur first attempt... Trust ur body, don't push more than your body can sustain!

    Chris you inspired to be more careful with my body. I do exercises but at the moment I have not reached your level. I've only been cycling around town for 1 year. 8000 km in a year. I lost 20 kg. I have 181 cm and 85kg. I really like sports and because I have been at home for 3 weeks because of coronavirus train me with your exercises. Bravo.

      Monday: six pack abs for beginners video
      Tuesday:8 best exercises cardio
      Wednesday:5 min fat burning
      Thursday:8 best exercises cardio
      Friday:complete arm workout
      Saturday:replace your chest day video
      Sunday:15 best leg exercises video
      And of course i do change my routine regularly, however i lost most of the fat with this routine

    This workout is my “go to”! Did four rounds in the morning and one before bed! I do have low back issues and when my back is acting up, I replace the burpees wirh something else like mountain climbers! Let’s gooooo!
