I agree with the comments that the landmark captions and the cockpit camera angle makes this one of the top channels for quality cockpit videos on UA-cam! I don't like other channel videos where the bottom 1/3 of the screen contains 2 or 3 other camera views. Too much going on and not enough of a view of the instruments and the windscreen. Your full screen shots fill my 60" smart TV with some of the most beautiful and top notch aviation video images out there.

They basically land and turn off at the end of Terminal B and have to backtrack all the way around B then C to get to E

I still don’t get why i can barely ever notice the runway till they are at 2000ft or something
Right? Lol. Hence why I'm not a pilot. I'd be out of fuel while having passengers help with the checklist and then "land" on the beach or a random roof.
They don't rely on a visual reference until the final stages of landing and use charts and beacons to find their way. They must be able to see the runway and have the plane fully set up for the landing when the plane calls out "minimums" or else they have to "go around", which means to circle back and try the landing again, or go to an alternate airport if the visibility is still too poor.

Clear, fine, informative, full of details without overwhelming crap, full screen video, and we have full audio (most of other videos cut the heavy traffic audio jam that pilots really experience while flying).

This was a bit of a treat for me. Spent the last 6 years of my career doing airfield lighting here in Oklahoma. Thousands of hours on the airfield at night, but this is the first I've seen from a cockpit perspective. Those in pavement fixtures down the center line(and touch down zones etc) are a bugger to install. If you look at them you can see a dark ring around the fixtures, about 2 inches wide. Those are cast iron and weigh about 50 lbs apiece. They are what's known as "snow plow rings" and have a slope to them to bring them above the fixture so the plows don't yank them out of the ground. They have a "window" built into them in line with the lights either direction. Too low and not enough light shines out, too high and the plow gets them. Beveled adjusting spacers and flat spacers from 1/16th inch to 2inches thick. Lots of trial and error to get them within tolerances. The cans have to be "clocked" when they are poured as well so the direction is right. Fun stuff. Perhaps the most rewarding work I did as an electrician.

5:01 that street right on the right side before the water is Bayswater Street park. Very popular place for plane watchers as it gives you a clear view right into both runways. Further to the right off camera is Constitution Beach, also very popular, and to the left is Winthrop. On the other side is Castle Island. All popular places for plane spotting Logan Airport.

Je trouve ces longs taxis très intéressants et un peu stressants vus de l'extérieur. On a l'impression parfois d'être sur un parking d'Auchan un samedi soir en train de chercher la sortie (et peut-être l'esprit ailleurs parce qu'on a fini les courses) :) Et si j'ai bien compris il y a cette baionnette que le chemin donné vous fait faire juste à la fin ... Je n'ose pas imaginer la difficulté que ce devait être avant les moving maps et les autres aides électroniques, surtout de nuit. Est-ce que cette partie sol représente une grosse partie de votre entrainement ? La considérez vous comme plus stressante que d'autres phases ?
