Hi, you added anti seize but ngk says not to use it. Is the following incorrect? 1. Anti-seize NGK spark plugs feature trivalent plating. This silver or chrome-colored finish on the threads is designed to provide corrosion resistance against moisture and chemicals. The coating also acts as a release agent during spark plug removal. NGK spark plugs are installed at the factory dry, without lubrication or anti-seize. Anti-seize can act as a lubricant, altering torque values up to 20 percent, increasing the risk of spark plug thread breakage and/or metal shell stretch. Thread breakage can sometimes involve removing the cylinder head for repair. Metal shell stretch changes the heat rating of the spark plug and can result in serious engine damage caused by pre-ignition. Do not use anti-seize or lubricant on NGK spark plugs. It is completely unnecessary and can be detrimental.
I changed my plugs on my 2019 77k accord . No engine code but i still feel the misfire. Guessing i got to do the coils now. Ill get that done this week and see how she drives
Nice video bro, I just did mine on my 2018 accord at 149k 😮 also did spark plug boots n coils. You know what I really recomended bro im did serious . Change out the v tec solenoid gasket Spool. Man it makes a whole difference. I was problems car not having power going up hills. 😀

RB is it best to drive the car to operating temp, then let it sit for 2 hours, then once cool change plugs? Bad idea to try to change plugs on a cold car which has been sitting for 2 days? Too cold so hard to remove plugs? Ideally do we want the car recently driven but cooled off?

Engine will have bad piston rings oil consumption problem abs moduel will go bad check charging system will act up ac will brake down soo much goes wrong with these
@@blackhawks1870 at 134k still runs like a champ and always do mid grade or premium never 87 or 85. Flush the tranny at 80k miles and on top of oil changes. I do need to change spark plugs lol they have over the recommended
Welll I always say I have mechanics hand and I know when things are tight might not be to spec but they will not come loose so. If ur had is good and u know it then nothing other wise they can come loose and if u go crazy u can over tight and snap the plugs

Just replaced spark plugs and drove it for week nd it misfired again then I checked the spark plug in 2nd cylinder Becuase of code PO302 the spark looked bad like burnt from the top

Bosch and autolite iridium are the main plugs that pop up when I search for some. And with the antiseize do you HAVE to it on the plugs when you put the new ones in or just put them in there very carefully and don’t cross thread?

The 2018-2022 Honda Accord 1.5 is absolute junk. I will never buy a Honda again. Blown head gasket and bad injectors well prior to 100k miles but out of warranty. DON'T EVER BUY A USED ONE!

Jerk could be transmission or mount related not sure what I can recomend without test driving I would recommend have it tested
I just replaced mine at 69k for the same reason and it was because of the smart plugs

No longer necessary. It's even on NGK's website. They put a coating that prevents seizing.

13 foot pounds of torque for the spark plugs. Doesn’t need to be super tight at all. Finger tight then give it a quarter turn and you’re good.

I had this same issues and the dealer found that my fuel injectors were bad and leaking fuel from them, they replaced them and the car was fine

I changed ignition coil because I went and got an diagnostic done and they told me I needed 2 ignition coils and spark plugs
