Looks great! I love the look of the moss in the gaps between the bricks. Definitely worth the time to glue all those on individually. Would love to see it with a wall and/or gate.

Thanks very much! Took so much longer than I thought, but hopefully the modular parts are quicker.

As I sit here knitting an elaborate lace shawl, you mention that it's okay to dislike parts of your hobby and it's like ... yes, yes I agree because there is little I hate more than extremely long cast-ons to start a project, and blocking the damn things. Some people are like 'woo yes, my favourite!!!!' and I want to yeet my needles and yarn into next week.
Those guard towers look fantastic and the amount of work you poured into them shows! When you're base-coating the bricks after they're on, could you use an airbrush instead of hand-painting to make it go faster?

The base coat is done with a mix of black paint and mod podge. The latter of which is a glue/sealant. Getting that through an airbrush would be a big problem but if you wanted to skip the mod podge step you could definitely base coat with an airbrush. Unlike rattle can primers, its absolutely foam safe.

Amazing! Maybe it was a lot of work, but the end result totally justified it. One of your best work. And a litte bit of nitpicking: if the door is comfortable for an adult, then the arrow slits (which came out super cool btw) are 10 feet tall. It is really minor thing, I just have an eye of these things, sorry. Two story would be better. Truth is, I really enjoy your work, you are a true craftsman.

Lovely compliments, thank you! And don't apologize, that's a great observation about the arrow slits. I could say that its so Orcs and Ogre guardsmen could use them . . . but then of course they wouldn't fit through the door. Ha. Great eye for detail!

These look fantastic! And I offer my sympathies concerning the one million bricks.
You are absolutely right that not everyone enjoys every part of a given craft or activity. Some people like aspects that other people will hate with the fire of a thousand suns... except sanding. I've never met anyone who likes sanding. 🤣

    Liked and subscribed.
I have started to craft props for DnD and I built a barn roof completely out of coffee stirs. Layered to form beams and stuff. It's a fun hobby. Looking forward to see what else you can come up with.

Awesome work always look forward for one of your video's great choice on the individual bricks makes it look more realistic my Achilles heels is individual shingles love the outcome but definitely not my favorite part of the hobby, once again great job on these more please ✌️
