So, we are now 1k strong youtube family. On this occasion, I hereby bring to you a list of all the perks that we (googlers) get here in India. Well, this is not the exhaustive list and I can keep going on and on regarding the perks.

I have been to Google Bangalore office 3 times. And the food they have is huge by God. The varities are more from non veg to veg, desert to drinks and a lot more. I really want to thanks Google for providing some platforms for students so that I got the opportunity see inside office of Google Bangalore back in 2017 to 2018. But bass wo security uncle log photo khich ne ni dete 😭😭 even reception Google ka be khichne ni diya

Plus, your salary slip, allowances, increments are confidential detials. So you know.
@@victordutta798 i mean you can disclose it if you want to. Many people disclose their UA-cam earnings. It's not about ethics really- more about people being then getting jealous of you, to be brutally honest.
Sir I am doing BTech from a tier1/2 college but still I have desire to pursue higher studies (atleast MTech). Do freshers after completing MTech from IISc/IITs gets recruited in senior position at FAANG companies? Or do MTech holders have some kind of advantage in corporate setups compared to BTech like Perks, Promotions, Base package etc?

I'm not sure whether you've covered the annual leave policy in google. I heard its lesser than other big tech giants. Can you clarify me on this.
Its 20 + 10 days in a year which is standard across the industry. Some companies do give more leaves.

I had read average profit per employee of google if was about 1.5 million dollar so 10 crore+ profit per annum from an employee then google has not problem in providing free food and stuff worth say 25 50 lac in upper limit they are still profitable.

Best projects: For starters, you can make a website | android app | ios app | hybrid app.
Make sure whatever you do, you have in-depth knowledge of how you did it.
Make sure you can present/discuss that project in technical depths with anybody. The project itself won't matter much for freshers but the in-depth knowledge will matter a lot.

I had been more of a Full-Stack engineer or a Stack-less engineer. Android, web, react js, server backends.

i heard if anything happens to a googler (God forbid), then their spouse will get half the salary made by the googler for a full 10 years. Maybe thats given by insurance, but since premium is paid of the employer, it counts as perk. Since pay at Google is as per your words much more generous than other big companies, this half salary is still good enough to sustain for the spouse (if the spouse is not working).

My question for you is: What is the importance of the subject operating systems in the preparation of interviews for companies like FAANG?
Its only important for MICROSOFT. Microsoft does ask you questions on Semaphores, Deadlocks, Producer-Consumer problem, Reader-write problem, mutexes.
All other companies, generally don't.

Hey, want you mentioned about google photos which you recommend on your other video, just want to let you know that I have lost more than thousand photos, and it’s not a reliable app
Scenario on Android
I with Account 1: synced all my photos with google photos
Google: asked me to delete all the photos to save space
I: did delete all the photos from phone
I Switched to account 2: since my account 1 had limited space.
Then I switched to account 1: since auto sync was on it deleted all the photos in the google photo app and synced, with which all the photos which were there in account 1 is lost
This was horrible, I hope you know something of this sort of bug or bad design or you can do something to retrieve those pics from google.
Google support is clueless, neither support on the matter related to google photos
I really appreciate your tips and advices. They are helpful for freshers and professionals. One point which I dislike is you trying so hars to bring in an accent to your speech. Honestly, it's not necessary and off-putting.
