Also fun fact, you can put corn tortillas in the air fryer for 8 minutes and they come out amazing with no added oils

Iv been making this for years for my chips except I have never added that spice or hot sauce but I always add jalepenos and I add potatos instead off cashews for the creaminess

Great recipe! One great benefit is one would not have to plow down a giant heap of chips and cheese because the veggies, cashews and almonds will fill you up quickly. Nicely done.

Just want to point out, while Braggs Liquid aminos is delicious, it is NOT low sodium. Look at the labels for other soy sauces. Some are higher in sodium content than others. Braggs measures in 1 TEASPOON while Soy sauces tend to measure in TABLESPOONS. At the end of the day, you may find the two more similar in sodium than you thought. However, Braggs is not fermented and IS GLUTEN FREE also non GMO which is good.

Nooch is is the pet name for nutritional yeast
Couldn’t you blend those veggies raw?
You could try! I think the flavor is better when they are cooked
@@Chantymarie bloody oath it is mate! i made this with cauliflower instead of the cashews but left ALL veges raw... and YIKES! it was NOTHING like the peaceful mild balanced delicious flavour of the sauce when all the veges (including cauli) is cooked! (ps...baking veg first is even tastier than boiling, cos ya get that kinda caramelised taste)
