I know that it partly the directors fault, I actually stated that. But It's rarely a matter of finance, the director has all the power to get what he wants. But that's not the point. This isn't one of those matters. I actually know a voice actor named Carey Means, 'voices Frylock on Adult Swim's Aqua Teen Hunger Force. He explained to me that he basically comes in, reads the lines and leaves and gets paid in the mail. He can't recall the color of the house his character lives in.

Naruto was made more popular through English Dub without it more than 50% of its fan-base would be non-existent.
In the Anime and Manga it was before Sasuke fully unlocked Susanoo' full form he was only using certain parts of the skeletal form

same thing can be said for naruto, if you notice in storm 2 and storm 3 ALL his punches either punch people making them flying into places (vs sasuke in both storms) and breaking the ground punches (vs tobi in last fight)
I prefer the dub JUST because I don't want to stare at those subs all day.

There are a lot of things I don't like about the dub, but Zetsu's voice makes up for pretty much EVERYTHING ELSE.

The little people who don't know are the ones who don't read the manga, but even then, if they have internet, they should have seen at least one fan theory about Tobi's identity. 90% of the fandom had already guessed who he was, and was surprisingly right. Even if someone were to read my comment, by guess would that most wouldn't care, or aren't surprise, while the other few are pissed when it's not even a big deal. Seriously, don't exaggerate.
English voices aren't that bad. I prefer Japanese too, but I think that the dub cast for Naruto is actually very good with the exclusion of a few characters. In fact, I think that Gaara is portrayed a lot better by Liam O'Brien than the Japanese VA.
And Gaara still keeps his cool after Sasuke points his sword at him.

Well in the Sasuke's defense Sasuke didn't have a complete Susanoo until after his fight with Ay. However it is a safe bet he could have broken through considering Sasuke was weak and already had a rib cracked by Liger bomb.

I know some of The Dub voices are strange like that raspy voice for naruto, but i still think Sauske and Gaaras Voice actors did a good job.

Ok definitley could been a legendary or hero style boss battle because they could of made it to a three on three mob battle Sasuke suigetsu and jugo vs raikage cee and darui. Then after raikage health goes then he transforms and does liger bomb.
The english voice actor for the Raikage, kinda sounds a little like the Japanese voice actor, now that I think about it.
He took 4th Raikage left arm, i'd say that's good enough for me

What happened to his arm are caused by his own arrogance. Amaterasu doesn't cause those who afflicted to vaporized, once the flame engulfed Raikage he's dead, it might burns slow but it cause death, as in it tortures you while killing. I doubt his final attack will even kill Sasuke, he still had his Susano on his back thus might reducing the impact of Raikage's "final" attack. Sasuke could choose other alternative ways to evade the attack like conjuring his Susano's hand to bitchslap the Raikage
i like English voices more simply because i can hear the accents to understand the characters better i live in English speaking country

I play in English because I'm used to the English voices, plus all my other Naruto games don't have the Japanese option, and I like to keep it consistent. (And my nostalgia hate it when I play in Japanese)

Hold it, just hold it. A Susanoo may be able to hold a Tailed Beast bomb, however, Sasukes Susanoo can't.
The Raikages punch/chop did indeed break through Sasukes armor and the kick should have been able to do far more damage. In the end we will never know since Gaara was a good guy and intervened, saving them both.
