So i did the math for how large a black hole with that much mass would be, and it's just over 100,000,000 km across which is around 5x larger than the black hole at the center of the milky way
the zero gravity didn’t work because in that situation, the weight doesn’t have any “weight”, but it doesn’t lose its mass. If you put it into a scale it will read 0 because there’s no gravity pushing it into the scale, but all that material is still there and would still need an insane amount of force to move
ye and it considering it weighs around 65 sextillion tons and looks to be about 8 cubic feet, it would most likely collapse on itself forming a black hole. In short, everything has its own gravity, and this weight weighs so much its gravity would be incomprehensible. So the game should have simulated everything getting sucked in by the weight.
the second i open this video i realized that a pulse drum would literally make this challenge a joke, since the force it outputs scales to the weight of the object,
Actually, with zero gravity, when you still couldn’t move it, it was really accurate, because higher the mass - harder it is to change objects momentum 🤓
@JinMori07_ in zero gravity, an object will continue moving and spinning in the same speed and direction as it originally was unless it comes in contact with another force or object
i swear Polter has literally 0 braincells, no critical thinking whatsoever, instead of using logic he just throws random objects at it expecting it to work somehow. like bruh.
in 0g if you make it move and there's no friction it will remain in uniform motion. 1st Newton's Law. Still as you written 0g won't help us start the movement cuz mass is the key factor in getting momentum, not weight.
At 10:15 it makes perfect sense that the weight isn't moving since zero gravity doesn't mean zero mass, and according to Newton's second law, which can be transcribed into F=ma, since the force is fixed, with great mass comes with little acceleration, so little that it probably got rounded down to 0
As somone who plays many spaceflight simulator games the reason the weight doesn't move with the Ion engine is because its much heavier and has a lot of mass compared to the force that's trying to move it, it could technically generate its own gravity at this point!
*left clicks on max ton weight* *clicks on "remove weight"* "spawns a propeller* *connects max weight to the propeller using indestructible loose cable* *turns the propeller on*
I would've done this a bit differently: I'd just attach another max ton to it with wire and move the second max ton all the way to the other side with my cursor while the first one is just dragging along.
its crazy to think that this weight despite being 100 quadrillion times heavier then earth, it is *only* about 5 times heavier than the heaviest celestial body in the universe: the supermassive blackhole in the galaxy TON 618.
10:39 ladies and gentlemen boys and girls welcome to todays battle in the left corner we have the max weight and in the right corner we have the one the only SAITAMA. Saitama's training regimen from One Punch Man is famously extreme and simple: 100 Push-Ups 100 Sit-Ups 100 Squats 10 km (about 6.2 miles) Running This routine is done every day, along with a strict diet of three meals a day, except for breakfast, which he skips. He also avoids air conditioning and heating in his home to build endurance. Saitama's training is depicted as being so rigorous and consistent that it leads to his near-invincible strength. Of course, the show plays it for humor, as the real secret behind his power is a parody of typical superhero training montages.
So, the reason you weren't able to move the weight without gravity is because it still has mass. Gravity is just a force acting on the object and pulling towards earth (or some other celestial body). It is like going to space, sitting in zero Gs and then trying to push the ISS. You will exert the force you put into it, but it will not move noticeably. If you turning off physics, you might be able to ignore mass but collisions and other things wouldn't work right either.
Gravity is created by atoms. A ULTRA MEGA HEAVY thing then should also create gravity and destroy everthing around it and maybe itself creating a black hole
