- These fossilized enamel and dentine fragments make up the crown of a tyrannosaurus rex tooth. This was discovered in the Hell Creek Formation of North Dakota. The condition of this specimen displays how quickly fossil can erode once exposed to the elements.

a prehistoric puzzle! i love it!
That's quite a challenge. It reminds me of a shattered raptor tooth I sent to Dale Russel in North Carolina. Being a rather small tooth, it was required to be assembled under a magnifying lens and a microscope. Fortunately, no fragments were missing, and once together, you couldn't tell that it was repaired.
What is the name of the liquid that makes it shiny, I need that for my minerals and to say that your videos are very good and that I subscribed 🤝🏻 greetings from Chile 🇨🇱
Daaam what a repair all the way from scratch great vid man 👍
Epic
es hermoso :)
Ohhhh, so thats why t-rex teeth are soo rare
Honestly Tyrannosaurus teeth actually aren't that rare surprisingly. Only the large teeth are rare.
Small teeth and Juvenile teeth however are quite common. I've seen quite a few Juvenile teeth or two or so inches on eBay for decent prices.
I'm hoping to buy an unprepared specimen soon.
@@commanderhurst3283 I have 2 trilobites, 2 mosasaurus teeth, 2 clams, 1 stingray plate, 1 ammonite, 2 pieces of coral, 2 crinoids, 3 dinosaur bones, 2 coprolites (dinosaur poop), 1 trex tooth replica, 2 unidentified bones, alot of old amber, alot of petrified wood, 1 or 2 fossilized wood, and 4 unidentified rocks or fossils. Are any of my stuff rare?
Broo pls what do you use at the end..this liquid..i cant understand it
do you sell your fossils some where i would love to have some?
I can sell you fossils if you want
Are you going to fill in the gaps with epoxy putty?
Yes and it will most likely be a darker grey epoxy. We won’t do a full restoration because those do not convey the missing elements of the fossil.
