Brother, there are 2 types. One is vertically perforated brick (i.e., used for load bearing structure) and another one is horizontally perforated brick (i.e., used for non load bearing structure).

Sir, went to Bangalore. Stayed in a big building built with these type of materials. In ceiling also these type of materials were used. The entire building was covered with steel type materials. This building is situated in Kothanur area. The owners are from Kerala.
How was temperature inside building
The person says construction is slow due to the technique to be followed, after some time says, construction is fast as there is no plastering. So there will not be much savings in time. Faster construction might not be achieved it seems.
