Candy Dulfer is a Dutch jazz and pop saxophonist. She is the daughter of jazz saxophonist Hans Dulfer. She began playing at age six and founded her band Funky Stuff when she was fourteen. Her debut album Saxuality received a Grammy nomination. Tour dates 2022 ..
Candy Dulfer is currently touring across 4 countries and has 7 upcoming concerts.
Their next tour date is at NOSPR in Katowice, after that they'll be at Alte Oper in Frankfurt. ~

You dont know how much this means to me! I love every song, with all the musicians and I just found out I love VanMorrison!!! ...and his music!!!! I am 70 yrs young so, of course, I have heard his name all these years but I didn't realize he is so versitile and with American's first rhythems, straight up....Jazz and Blues. I am white, from middle of USA, state of Indiana and this is the Rhythem I love; never was into Heavy Metal. So, I really love this part of VM!!!

If you enjoy this concert then you must listen to ‘A Night in San Francisco’ from 1994. Similar band but much better performances and set list IMO (although I do wish there was a video of it!) Also the live version of Summertime In England from ‘The Concert’, 1990, has to be seen to be believed.

Van is the consummate performer and should go down as one of the greatest. This live performance is a work of art....

Van, throughout this entire performance showed off his complete perfection as a performer, writer and stage manager. Soul raced through his blood all night long, and he was on fire. Brilliance doesn't get much higher than this, anywhere.
Seen Van 40 years ago, and he is as good now definitely one of the greatest performers ever

Being religious could mean unsaved soul, believing the myth that good people go to Heaven, bad people to Hell. Jesus came to teach us He didn't come to condemn us but to save our soul. Jesus said all have sinned, broken God's laws because of human sin nature. God doesn't believe any person has any good in them unless they are a saved soul trusting solely Jesus to pay for sin vs. being good enough for Heaven. Whether the least sinner or worst sinner, all are condemned to Hell except those who choose to become a born-again saved soul , then good via their righteousness recieved from Jesus to enter Heaven when we pass away. Understand, Jesus hated religious people who did not solely trust Him as Lord and Savior - he called the unsaved religious people vipers! If you want to become a saved soul, listen to "How Permanent Is Your Salvarion?" by Hank Lindstrom and Kris Kristoferan's testimony prior to singing "Why Me Lord" , all on UA-cam. I am not at all a music snob, but anyone who dislikes a true legend (Van Morrison) and another supreme talent, I feel sorry for you.
I couldn't agree more. The man is beyond any one single individual. Compositionist, philosopher, soul artist, stage presence, longevity, dedication to his profession, seriousness. It is very unwise to give a thumbs down.

This would be a spectacular show at any point in his career. Great set list with a band that rivals Caledonia. Absolutely stunning!
I don't get the thumbs down? Are they deaf?. I've seen van about 40...yes 40! Times. This band was one of my favourite. Absolute talent groove funk soul and more.... Fred Wesley, Candy, P wee, Matt Holland, Katie, Johnny Scott... there's just so much quality.

I lost my Moondance album casset from the 90's . Jamming to this on a cold, snowy, windy morning, in my cozy bed.
I have watched tons of live musical performances, both live in concert and on UA-cam, and this is by far one of or the best live performance I have ever watched. The entire band was amazing, but I loved that horn section. Pee-Wee and Dulfer are amazing the way they play off of each. I wished Van Morrison would put this same band back together for a tour.
