I'll be the first to admit that Joe Cocker was way beyond his prime days in this concert, and couldn't hit some of those high notes like he used to, but even so, somebody who had never seen him before had to be impressed with this performance. He died from lung cancer just a year or so after this amazing performance, so he literally sang and entertained large crowds until almost the end of his life, which by itself is also amazing. After the Lord made Joe, he must have broken the mold, because there was nobody else like him. R.I.P. Joe, I will miss your music.

Joe is gone but concerts like this one allow us to keep his music and memory alive. I was very fortunate to see Joe in concert (front row seats) Still remains one of my most favorite concerts. This is a great performance and no Cockerfan would be disappointed in the song choices. He plays them all. Joe was an absolute legend.
This was his last public appearance, at age 69, it shows that he was very tired from his illness, which took him from us in 2014, yet he gave it all he had.."fire it up!".. for one last stand... for his fans. All his popular hits over the years in one last concert to appreciating fans in Cologne Germany, and now for all his fans on UA-cam HD video for many years to come. Good way to make that final bow.... scream it out.Joe, with a little help from your friends. Over 6 million hits as of Sept 2015..... This IS classic Joe Cocker!

if you are russian you should not be allowed to listen to this. Listen to Putin's crap all day and it's good enough for you!
Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts!!
Loved this show, Joe Cocker was amazing The band and Jack Bruno were at the top of their game. Outstanding backup vocals. One of his best shows.
I've been diggin' on Joe's music since 1968, and he always gave us everything he had in his soul. RIP, Joe!

May I know when did he passed away?
He died at 22 desember 1914.

WONDERFUL PERFORMANCE, THANK YOU 😊 🙏
JOE COCKER, UNFORGETTABLE!!!

SUPER BRAVO …NEVER FORGET HIM!!
his voice is so beautiful. he was one of the most expressive singers on stage. his body movements and the looks on his face when singing showed us how he much he was getting into the songs. you can feel the emotions flowing through every note he sang. i miss this man. up in the big sky he can catch up the greatest musicians of all time that were sadly taken away from us
.
Je suis à 100% OK avec votre Témoignage, Commentaire, Michael David, I now Joe Cocker many many long time.......60 ans environ depuis mon adolescence et je l'aime toujours autant, BELLE ENERGIE HUMBLE PERSONNE ARTISTE COMPLET, Un sens du Rythme, inspiré de son époque la SOUL MUSIC, LE RYTHM AND BLUES, LE ROCK, LE JAZZ......Je suis une inconditionnelle de sa musique avec les Pink Floyd, BOB DYLAN, JANIS JOPLIN, TINA TURNER et tant d'autres que j'oublie parfois car je vieillis comme tout le monde.......La mémoire et la mer dirait Léo Ferré, .............
Grazie.

20/05/2024, Joe estaria fazendo hoje 80 anos. Já partiu há 10 anos... Grande voz.
This is a hit. Wonderful. We can remember one of the best white blues singers.
The first time I saw Joe on a silver screen was way back in 1973 in Livingstone, Zambia at Capitol Theatre. I was a 13 year old then I still groove to this man's beats. RIP.
Great concert, amazing voice! Joe Cocker put feelings in every song.
Rest in peace, Joe Cocker.
One artist that could take someone else's song & sing it even better ... including Beatles ... what a truly unique talent that Joe Cocker ... R.I.P.
@@thejonegcle7759 In middle 60's I saw the Box Tops from Memphis live at The Vapors in Biloxi, MS sing their one-hit-wonder, "The Letter",.. a couple years later I was fortunate to see/hear Joe Cocker sing in live in NOLA. Joe is great at this,... Ray Charles must agree. When people Pay to pack the house,.... keep on doing it!" (Do go hear Joe and Leon's "Delta Lady")
