Do you have a tutorial on how to do the Coice, the double side kick with one hand on the ground?
Heeeello Enele! Thanks for your question! The Coice? Is this how you write it? I don't know this name. Sorry, could you explain it a bit more? Sometimes names vary, depending on the origin of the group/teachers/area in Brazil. Thanks!
KAHPU FLOW Thank you for responding. That’s a good question. I remember my friend that trains capoeira as well said it’s an old word. I train with him every so often. He mentioned another way that it’s also called but I can’t remember it, I can only remember Coice.
As far as the movement goes, the best way I can describe it is you put either left or right hand on the ground and you go into a double side kick, kicking with both feet at the same time. Hope that makes sense.
