The problem with the game today is....they used up a weeks worth of offense in one game.... they'll now be shutout in the next game or two...🙄
Yeah unfortunately with the Cubs it’s like they only have so many hits allotted for a given time span, and they like to use them all up in games they’re winning already then have nothing when they need them in close games
I hope the cubs keep this momentum up into August and hopefully September

What's your honest opinion of the Morel trade? I like Pareades, he was signed initially by the Cubs, but I think Morel has a higher ceiling
Offensively, Morel has a higher ceiling. But not defensively. I’d rather see this team focus on defense. Plus, he’s a proven bat.
