Great set of techniques with alot of detail. That hand post and the foot to the foot. Then separating the feet or pushing the shin over your knee. Excellent!

How do you prevent the inside spin once you stand up and let go the hand on the throat? Tried this and once you switch to opening the legs there is nothing preventing the spin.
