You have inspired me so much to expand my creativity with cooking, and it’s not boring a SINGLE bit anymore! And this is such a fun way to make vegetables not as “boring”! Thank you for sharing this recipe with us!❤❤
I just spent $14.00 for a Baja bowl at Panera. You really are making me think different. I enjoy your channel so much and made 2 of your sides! One was the persimmons at Christmas and a big hit.
Let's share inspirations🫶 I made my bowl today with: -Risoni mixed 50:50 with basmati rice -Avocado -Edamame -Broccoli -Tofu sauted with paprika and curry powder -fresh parsley and mint leaves, chopped -the sauce from this video -sprinkled with sesame And it was delicious😋
Holy moly I’m so early. Honestly, I’ve made so many of your recipes and I love them all. I’m not fully vegan but I have incorporated lots of different proteins like beans and tofu and soy chunks thanks to your videos. You are my fave UA-camr, you don’t throw ingredients around, make annoying faces, or scream at your audience. Truly appreciate that 😂❤
My moms special salad!! Cucumber (slice and dice) Tomato (slice and dice) Basil (slice) Squeeze lemon or add straight up lemon juice in a bottle (MUST!!) Pomegranate sauce (MUST!!) Sesame seeds (optional) Chicken (optional) Rice (optional) Black pepper spices (half a teaspoon) And tadaa! My moms salad!
Im no vegan (although i do go vegan 1 month per year as a tiny tribute), but yoyr recipes helped me to get my bf to eat more veggies and in turn i have less stress about cooking - your recipes work like magic and now we can both ebjoy a good meal qithou me having to cook separate dishes or him being confused by complicated recipies
Didn't quite catch your long list of vegetables. I've never heard of any of those. I think I'll stick to the eggplant 😂😂😂,anyway. This looks really mouthwatering and delicious. This is definitely my lunch tomorrow ,keep em coming boss lady, love your food, keep it up Love 😋 🌹.
Hammer lecker, werde ich wieder machen. Hab noch nen einfachen grünen Salat dazu gemacht mit Vinaigrette. Die Tahini-Soße über allen ist unglaublich lecker.
Can we buy your merch now already 😩 I'm ready to get a hoodie with your face and a bowl 🥣 in front of you with a speech bubble saying "mix mix mix" 🥺 Or a shirt that has your hand holding a shaker and the speech bubble saying "pepperrr" 🤭
Könntest du irgendwann ein Rezept präsentieren was Brokkoli enthält? Ich habe sehr gelangweilt nur mit gefroreren Brokkolis zu kochen und suche etwas neues.. danke dir im Voraus😊
My fav way to eat fresh brocoli when i'm in a bit of a rush: Peel the stem to remove stringy bits. Cut into strips. Serve the raw strips with a nice dip. In the meanwhile: Throw the florets in a pan with water and a bouillon cube. Add extra herbs and spices if you want. Cook til tender. Blend. Soup is ready. You can customize both dishes by switching up dips and spices, or by adding toppings to the soup.
Where i live, lettuce is 5$, which is enough for 2 salads. Veggies (and especially fruit) are so expensive that it legitimately saves you no money buying from the grocery store. My boyfriend wanted a pound of grapes yesterday but they were 14$. Canada be expensive ya'll. I'm buying my salads.
What is orzo? Some type of pasta? I never saw here in the shop such big jar of tahini like you have… we have just smaller ones that you end up in 3-4 servings depending on what you cook.. Pity I cannot eat tofu as I got issues with thyroid :( will use chickpeas instead
Please be considerate of the fact that not everyone can "just make it themselves". As someone who is disabled, sometimes I can't make a meal and having someone look down on pre-made, easier options feels really invalidating and I know a lot of other disabled people experience this too. I know that wasn't your intention but words have power and having a platform means you should think more carefully about messages you're spreading
I love all your recipes but have a question i hope didn't look like a complaint. Almost every recipe has a sweetener and I'm wondering if there's a way to know if it can be left out without compromising texture etc I know it probably is texture with it but I have to watch for added sweetener Thanks for all your recipes
I believe you can leave the sweetener out if you'd like. in sauces or dressings they're to balance the acidity in the dish and adds dimension/depth to the flavor. she uses lime/lemon juice a lot of the times which I guess is why she adds them.
Are sesame seeds available were you live? If so, blend them to a smooth paste. Now you made tahini. Some people add a pinch of salt for taste and a small splash of oil to make blending easier.
Yeah they’re pricey, but I only spend the money when I don’t have the spoons to think of a grocery list, walk all the way there and back, and then prepare all the ingredients and have to clean a dirty kitchen.
Any nutbutter/almondbutter will do. If you don't like buying a whole can, buy some cashews, soak them in hot water for 15min, rinse & blend them until smooth with cold water (and the other dressing Ingredients). Blended cashews are also very nice for creamy sauces or soups
I really love your videos and about all your recipes. But a statement like "overpriced" only by looking at ingredient prices is not relevant for many people. The time spent to buy the ingredients and prepare the bowl is where people are willing to spend money for. When you are a student without kids, it's a different situation compared to working 40h weeks with 3 kids waiting at home.
I had similar thoughts, I'm not in india but I am from a country where three of those ingredients are ones I've never even seen in person. that whole bowl looks delicious but completely unaffordable XD XD
After the third dissapointing burrito bowl from chipolte i think im done with them. Their sofritas only taste like dirt anyways. The pico was so spoiled it smelled like wine vinegar and every one of the orders was incorrect somehow. 🙃
Ok, I love all your recipes, but this is pasta with fried aubergines, not a salad 😂 I like the idea of calling something "salad" to make it sound healthy. Alas, the name doesn't transfer to the nutrients 😂
I've seen most of your recipes have the same base, there's no variety in spices, and veggies. It's always tofu or chickpea, very annoying. Please be creative
sry ur recipes are rly interesting but how is a normal person supposed to have or get all these ingredients? like i googled and a glass tahini in my closest store was around 9 dollars🥲

i think tofu is her favourite
Tofu is awesome! My fave is tempeh
Holy moly I’m so early.

You are my fave UA-camr, you don’t throw ingredients around, make annoying faces, or scream at your audience. Truly appreciate that 😂❤
We don’t need to be fully vegan to appreciate her recipes. That’s the thing I like about her videos.
Well said @sugaredviolets2085. And she doesn't have awful intrusive distracting music!
Made this today, usually I never make recipes I see on social media but I’m really glad I made this, one of the best things I’ve eaten in a while!!
Love seeing the lush green parsley mixed through ❤
This is a multiple choice, easy to do recipe. What you share today is very yummy and a simple but diverse kind of orzo salad which is great!! 😋😋😋
Wow you’re so pretty, i’m in love💕😍🥺
There are very few things a person can't make themselves at home. We have so much access to information and hands-on cooking videos.
I love your long list of veggies, lol!😂
Listennnnn.... that looks so good.
Thank you for sharing these fantastic recipes. You have definitely shown me just how cost-effective and delicious vegan meals can be.
ok but your expressions are so real it makes the whole thing more interesting to watch💪 I'm absolutely in love with your vids💗😭
Thank youuu! I feel so excited when I have most of the ingredients I see on a recipe
Amazingg. I tried your garlic naan recipe and it turned out fantastic❤❤
You make the best food ❤
This is easier, sounds good!!
My moms special salad!!
Cucumber (slice and dice)
Tomato (slice and dice)
Basil (slice)
Squeeze lemon or add straight up lemon juice in a bottle (MUST!!)
Pomegranate sauce (MUST!!)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Chicken (optional)
Rice (optional)

I spend too much money eating out, but sometimes it's convenience 😅 Your dishes are always amazing! It's nice to create your own food at home too 👍
Look so yummy!! Greetings from Puerto Rico
Love your recipes!!
Looks delicious ❤

Maya did you ever try koshary? It's a vegan Egyptian dish. For me absolutely soulfood.
Some even do it also as one pot. But I never tried that.
What's the red stuff? Sundried tomatoes? Looks YUUUUMMMM!!!
I tried eggplant in a curry and I hated it, but this looks amazing!

Good, like this recipe 😋🥗🥙🌮🍛

you could add oil, salt, chicken seasoning and smoked paprika into broccoli then air fry it. tastes so good 🤤

What part of europe do you live in? In belgium all those ingredients would cost me around 15 to 20 euros
amazing 🤤 btw what dried herbs did you used?
coriander

I looove a good filling salad
Wow
You said dried herbs, but what exactly was in the dried herbs mix?
Probably oregano, rosemary, but u can use your favorite herbs
We don't have tahini here. Can we get a recipe for it please? Thank you
Are sesame seeds available were you live? If so, blend them to a smooth paste. Now you made tahini.
Some people add a pinch of salt for taste and a small splash of oil to make blending easier.
@@dasja9966 just sesame seed is tahini? Wow thank you
@@crazzzykhunsh69 yup, easy to diy if you have a blender. A bit more of a work out with a mortar and pestle, but still very doable.
I always thought salad was supposed to be not fried😅
❤❤❤

Can we talk about the ridiculous price of Whole Foods salad and hot bar ????? 😵

Tahini is not something we use often, so I wonder what else can I use it for? I end up buying speciality items and then waste the rest.

That looks like quite a lot of added salt. Unhealthy no? Tastier by adding more salt isn’t a good choice….
