So I have the new big go foil wing and was doing well with longer boards 6’0 and 5’10. I just switched to an 5’2 uncle nubbie and wow mast all the way back it is coming up real fast. Is my foil to big? Or my board too small? Or I’m just a beginner keep working on paddling placement and weight forward.. thanks
No sir, I've never felt what it's like to drive into a barrel in Pipeline. Lol
Thank you for this video Kai and Naish!
Lol ... telling beginners to put pressure on your front foot like you're driving into a steep wave at Pipeline ... if you know that feeling.
Great tips,. It was my first day today in the white water surf foiling and I definitely had too much backfoot pressure....looking forward to day 2.

Does foil boarding make your legs super strong
Chest out a la Duke. Duly noted and received 👍🤙
Great info Kai!
If I usually shortboard a board about 5"6 would it be better to put the hydrofoil on a bigger board or will it work on any size?
Oh yeah, don't worry about me Kai, I know what it feels like to drive into a barrel at Pipeline.
What length mast are you using please, thanks.
All our 2020 Jet Surf Foils come standard with a 65 cm mast
Thanks
