- hi guys this is a jam packed week! i give u a dresser tour, decided i’m running a half marathon, tan my first 10k, ducked a jeep, got my feet sized at feet fleet for new running shoes, coffee and açaí bowls, influencer dinner at felix, paparazzi, funny boy story, new barstools, new living room coffee table, buikding my patio furniture, harris teeeter grocery haul, greek salad meal prep, kick ball wednesday, sunset run and more!

Make sure you add proper nutrition i.e. carbs for engergy because this training will use so much energy . You must not be in too big off a calery deficit because you will run out of energy and gas out and not be able to finish longer distance . So please replace with proper nutrition . Extra oats and protine drinks 😊
Yes she eats to maintaine her lifestyle now but running that much will for sure require supplemental food. Otherwise you loose muscle to compensate for energy and thus not be able to meet the demand in the body. She is smart and I hope as a nurse be aware of this but yes I notice the daily intake now will not be healthy for the running 😉

NO RUG unless it’s an out door mat. Rugs outside are the biggest waste in my opinion, they get so dirty, you’ll have to vacuume them, they absorb all the water when it rains and they stay wet for a couple days afterwards. Just don’t do it unless it’s specifically for outside and you and pressure wash it
Also as a runner it is good to rotate running shoes. The feet will thank you.
You can get like a decor flip top box that matches the decor but it can store stuff under the desk but it's covered and will look nicer. Just an idea. I love my bull shi* boxes I call them . 😂

I used to work at fleet feet! I’ve ran a couple of marathons and halfs, and literally everything at fleet feet is bomb. They’re really good, I’m excited for you!
You should use a screwdriver. And for balcony add an outdoor mat / rug or some turf or floor tiles
Get power drill and use it unless your not screwing in the right ones for slots tha screws all them not going in lol poor annna
