IMO it's hard to straight up kill a zerg with reaper cheese, so it's always good to plan for your transition and assume it's going to happen. Keep in mind, your opponent didn't get ling speed until waaaay too late, which kept them vulnerable to reapers for longer than you normally would expect.
Fighting his queen with your first two reapers was a mistake. Had you just held the bottom of his ramp, kept his ling count down, and continued massing reapers, you could've been in a position to flat out kill him. It takes around 6 reapers to comfortably kill a queen.

Note that he doesn't commit into the base until he has a sizable reaper count, and his focus is on killing lings while he's building up, which at this stage of the game is just as good as killing drones (forcing Z to spend larva on more lings). He's not diving for the drones and putting his reapers at risk until he has enough.
Also note how he transitions. Expo at 2:20ish, and factory starts before 3 minutes. Ofc this is without proxy, but something to think about.

I think the reaper opening, whilst it failed to do any serious damage, set me up for an aggressive mindset, which is something I think I’ve been lacking
Ollie, your first depot was 7 seconds late, which makes everything subsequent 7 seconds late. Did you accidentally queue 2 SCVs at the time causing a mineral shortage.
Also, you are not ready to cheese. Keep practicing the standard game.
At the engagement at 14:24 game time, think about where to siege your tanks. If you sieged a tank in the SE corner of the high ground it would have been devastaing.

Is this the first cheese you've ever done? If so, it's not bad. I have no idea what to say because I only know 1 cheese and it's for TVP. In general, you want to contain the Zerg on two bases with the reapers. At home you want to build the second CC in your main to protect it. Keep the reapers alive and you can snowball up to the point you start killing queens. You need quite a few reapers for this but the thing is you can easily keep the Zerg from expanding. Lings without speed can't catch reapers. Once they do get speed, you should have a pretty big group. You can beat lings here by kiting them backwards. Just shoot run shoot run and repeat that rhythm. The Zerg shouldn't be able to move queens out because they're extremely vulnerable off creep due to speed and lack of transfusion. You can whittle down a queen by hitting it and running if they do go off creep. The Zerg eventually has to make a ton of lings or start roaches to beat you back. Don't worry too much about drone kills. Zerg's shouldn't build a lot of units early because it seriously hurts their eco. Early on, they only have 2 hatcheries and they'll struggle if they use all the larva on lings.

I know it didn’t go well, but I think it set me up mentally to be more aggressive than I usually would be, which is a bonus I guessn

You gotta be mindful of oversaturating your bases - you could've easily had more resources even by long distance mining if you pulled those extra SCVs from the mineral line
Then you could've re-maxxed faster and finished the match even faster than you actually did
Also, don't be afraid to use your scans to preview the map, you ran into a meat grinder a couple times that could've been avoided

YEAH Uhhhh OK . . . the Thing about openning with lots of reapers U need a lot of APM U need to practice that Splitting-1st, Switching between the Macroing Ur Base and Microing those Reapers can be a bit difficult. The Idea is Slowing down Opponent by "ONLY SLIGHTLY" delaying yourself but U still have to keep up with that Macro as close as possible.
LUCKILY!!! Ur opponent was really really bad. He went for 13pool to Bane & Roach at the same Time to Hydras before 3rd Base. His making it worse for himself LOL. Ur Opponent saying "Oh Your behind ... good lets make myself 3x more behind" LOL
Right, that makes sense. Hopefully the next one impresses you a bit more. I hope so anyway
