I've long had an idea for hide-aways... Remember the old dual sealed-beam rotators? Modernize the concept with two hide-aways, mounted back to back, facing out horizontal, on a rotating axis, using modern motors, under a clear dome. With the hide-aways, it'd be MUCH smaller than the old sealed-beams! I think it'd make an awesome mag-mount/plug-in beacon for POVs or unmarked units!
When will you create them and the surface mount with the quad functions of the white and green wires like the other Quads? That's what I am really wanting.
@@LauRoot892 I mean I had a feature change ticket with the full explaination about this issue with the previous V3 generation back in September of 2019... plenty of time since then to tweak a software setting. Just saying.
Several questions. Do you have the installation manual available for the Quad Cannon yet? I'd like to learn more about the programming and available flash modes. What is the ratio between the bright/dim modes? Many vendors call their "dim" 50-70% brightness which is way too bright for night ops. Also, What is the total height (length) of the unit with the 360 filter attached? I'm interested in using these as under-mirror side warning/turn lights and want them to be stylish --not awkward looking.
I found enough info in the instruction manual --which is now online-- and the videos at feniexuniversity.com to answer most of my questions. I ordered 2 units with 360+bezel so I can test these lights for myself. I'm interested to know whether there's a delay when you deactivate a mode which is overriding another mode before the original mode resumes. Let's say Mode 3 is set to amber steady 10% and hooked to a turn signal and Mode 2 is a red/blue flash pattern. If Mode 2 is turned on and then I put on my turn signal (Mode 3) does Mode 2 sneak back on in between turn signal flashes or does Mode 2 wait a little to start back up after the Mode 3 trigger is released? In turn signal mode I'd prefer no other patterns sneak in between flashes so the meaning of the turn signal (I want to turn) is unambiguous.

Those were delayed a bit because of supply chain issues, but they'll be ready very soon!
But did you fix the Brake/Tail brightness ratio? Previously Tail burned at about 33%, but should have been down at ~8-10%.
