The 3rd mode wire is in the plug. You have to cut the plug off to use mode 3
If you set the flash pattern and color combo that you want and then cut the cig plug for a hardwire, will it remember the previous cig plug combo settings?
Fyi some feedback that might benefit your channel these are commonly referred to as a Feniex Fusion or Feniex Quad Two Ex Dash lights not Times Two.

I have one of these! best dash light I have ever had. thinking of getting a second for my back window to replace my deck light back there. do you think it would be better to hard wire a 200 stick or just make a bracket for another one of these? looking for the rear to do blue one mode amber another.
These would be the easiest to install, but it will depend on what you are looking for
It has the built-in in flash back shield so that is a plus

We were doing a demo right out of the box ! There is always new things to learn ! Some options are not available on this line as well . A new update will be coming down the road that adds more features
