Teradek RT | How to get DOF w/ no Iris motor

A nice little hack to get a Depth of Field (DOF) readout on your Teradek RT CTRL handunit and/or SmallHD monitor if you don't have enough motors, or your DOP wants control of the iris.
PS. Sorry for the colour/exposure shift - it was a cloudy day when recording

Hey! Another request for you, Can you please make a video where you go through your workflow with the app? I never really use it and today I stumbled across a crazy feature, you can use your iPhone as a rangefinder and it worked surprisingly well haha. Not necessarily something I would count on for work but in a pinch it could be something or just a fun trick to show people haha. The auto focus worked pretty damn good too haha

Same here mate, only use it for saving Lens Maps off the CTRL.3 (and that's 80% successful). They must've updated the app cause I don't remember that rangefinder feature at all! 😵
But absolutely can record that video 🙏🏻 You're keeping Me busy haha

Sounds like the Joystick-X/Y is inputting movement without you moving it?
Sadly there's no way to recalibrate the Joystick-X/Y input, unlike the Knob or Slider. Unfortunately might need Teradek Support to look at the Joystick 😕
