Your hoyas are beautiful. I would combine the two variegated strands of CP and the two green strands that way one can be a full CP and the other green carnosa.
That sounds great. I would not keep the green parts as I already have that plant. How about this, I use the green parts to show how to propagate hoyas and then give it away? Nothing gets discarded! What do you think?
You probably got the answer by now. The dots are from it drying a bit and then watered. It gets it too quick and burst some cells. The queen and tricolor are the same plant. Your plants are gorgeous and I have put many of my Hoyas in leca since watching your videos ❤
Absolutely beautiful!! It's most likely your Hoya's aren't flowering because you're taking such good care of them, lol. Hoya's flower when they are stressed. Stretch out watering, temperature changes, things like that tell the plant it may be in danger and needs to reproduce. When they are perfectly happy they don't feel the need to flower. Hoya's are funny like that 😁 I would love to see a Hoya on a pole! Thank you for sharing your beautiful plants!!
What can I say! Pure perfection! Some of the leaves look like porcelain! I would definitely love to see you make a video of putting Hoya onto trellis! I have all my Hoyas growing outdoors under cover but after seeing yours and how good the grow indoors I’m bringing them in! Thank you Nora for another very satisfying video! 😍🪴
Your Heuschkeliana is absolutely stunning, mine is about the 1/3rd of the size though it has been flowering on and off since last November. The variegated Bella (Lida Buis and Anneka Buis) are lovely too if you want to add some more to your collection and the blooms are so pretty. Your Hoyas are certainly loving Leca 💚
Love your hoyas Nora! I am a big fan! The hoya mathilde splash or regular green is an awesome hoya if you don't have one. Mine is doing great semi hydro in the clonex solution! In fact, it's time for me to move it into a larger pot! Awesome video!
Hi Nora!!!! have you ever seen a plant that you don't connect with? well , I don't know why but I don't like begonias . when I go to the plant shop I find myself can't even look in the direction of the plant 🙃 I would like to get over that. I recently saw your begonias and it didn't look so bad lol!! your Hoya collection is to die for !! love them
Hey Pauline. There are some plants I just don't get like palms, cacti and others. I think it is ok. You can't like everything. Also there are seasons I did not get Anthuriums before but I am slowly starting to love them 💕.
Yes put Hoya on a moss pole video, maybe the Hoya princess cuz they have long runners ❤️ I have one on a pole but it outgrew it so fast. My poles aren’t as tall as yours
Hello fellow Aussie! The moment you mentioned Collector's Corner, I knew you were a Melbourne girl. I recently purchased a small Hoya Carnosa Krimson Queen from Collector's Corner and I hope mine will look as gorgeous as yours. I am new to indoor plants, but I already have three Hoyas. They are so beautiful. Thanks for the wonderful video!
@@TheLecaQueen oh wow!!! The ones they keep inside the cabinet?? I just saw your other Hoya video today, the one with the 47 (I think) Hoyas!!! So fabulous 😍
Hi Nora. Love to see the video of you putting the Hoya Krimson Princess onto a moss pole. Please don’t throw away the cutting. I think that you’re able to propagate. 😁
your 9th hoya is spell "Verticilata" and the next one , the acuta, is now called verticilata as well. All the hoyas called under the names acuta and parasitica have been reclassified as Verticilata .The red or pink spot on the leaves are definitely sun spot IMO. I may be wrong but the other name of the Krimson Queen is Tricolor. I really love your energy and your plants are stunning!
Thank you Anah, keeping up with Hoya names should be an Olympic sport lol. They change every few seconds! I don't care what they are called, I just love them all 😁😍.
Hi Nora, I’ve get pink/purple spots on my Hoyas when I give them too much fertiliser! I use Hoya plant food from Green24 which promotes growth and blooms when combined with grow lights. I absolutely love your Hoyas! I have a Hoya verticillata ‘Laos splash that I really recommend ~ she is very beautiful 💚
Hi Nora, I think that you should have a rope hoya, all hoyas turn out beautiful as you treat them so well. I got some hook screwed them in to the Joyce's of the ceiling, wrapped wire from hook to hook then hanged up the hoyas, they then vine along the wire why not attaching to the ceiling, so they can be removed at any time. I used two pairs of plyers as this can be tough on your fingers. Good vibes from England
krimson princess seem to be notorious for reversion, its my only hoya that has reverted when it probably receives the best light of them all on the windowsill 😂
I think your 4 hoya (7:00) is called "snowball". Instead, your 7 Hoya (14:30) is called the "crimson queen." And "crimson princess" = "carnose tricolor". Therefore, I can congratulate you, you still have such a hoya as "Snowball" But they are really all beautiful, no matter what their names are❤
Hi Nora my all time favourite is the Linearis and I like the Tsangii as well. Both are small leafed Hoyas I also love the Heuschkeliana variegata and the variegated Wayetii. I love the trailing cascading Hoyas they are spectacular. I am too scared to transfer my Linearis to soil because of their small roots. Would love to see you do one of these p. Thanks
Hello I have a hoya Australis lisa and she doesn't grow. She lost two small pink leaves and the vines are at the same lenght. They are still in The same substrat. Do you have any advice please ? 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
HI Nora my all tme favourite is the Linearis and the Tsangii both are small leafed hoyas but are beautiful . Would be interesting to see them in leca. I have the Linearis in soil to scared to transition
You have such beautiful plants and really helped me get started on converting my favorites to leca using your slow conversion method! I wonder, is it possible to pot up rooted cuttings in a net pot that's too large? Thanks always for sharing your knowledge!
@@TheLecaQueen I have a lot of cuttings that have a started growing roots in water, and wanted to arrange them all together at some point in an 8" net pot. I know that leca is less likely to have root rot than soil but it can still happen so I was curious about that! I also have a mamei growing in Leca really nicely following your slow method, and plan to try a similar rectangular pot to let it crawl. Thanks for all the fantastic guides!
Hello to you, I think that the krimson Princess, just need more ligth or some morning sun, in order to keep the variegation. Any way all you hoyas are BEAUTIFUL!

Dear Nora your videos are amazing!!! You teach lots, we appreciate you share your knowledge with everyone here, I beg you could get and try a hoya wayetii variegata, it is a beautiful species. Please DO the video of putting the two hoyas together ❤ , I think hoyas may not bloom due they're being fertilized with foliar solution, MAYBE you could try a blooming liquid fertilizer, (they have more 'P' and 'K') in some species 🤭😋😅 maybe in spring.. who knows.. greetings from Chile, South América. Pd: LOL when putting plants as head pieces 😂 I do same with a long ceropegia I have 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hello, thank Hoya you suggest I get is not easy to find here but I will look 😉. I have another nutrient that is made for blooms that I will use for my Hoyas when it warms up. I love my plant head pieces 😍 🤣🤣
I sooooo love the hoyas & looking forward to growing them in LECA. However, OMG, each time i locate one, they are so very expensive. Where my best place to locate a reasonably price one? big box stores? on line? local greenhouse? LOVE YOUR UA-cam
Thank you Dolly. I assume you are in the US? I know plenty of places to get Hoyas here. Just not there sorry 😐 😔. I hope you find some decently priced ones soon.
Hi:) i’ll recomend hoya macrophylla Pot of Gold and hoya Incrassata albomarginata :) One more thing - dont you think that your hoya carnosa tricolor is hoya carnosa crimson queen? They look the same:) you know how it is with a trade names😂
