tbh, I like how the games gives Cell the ability to use the Genkidama cause he said he could do so but it's nice to see BT3 being like one of the first to actually give him the proper ultimate.
I always liked Cell's 2nd form in this game. He has a rather quick energy blast only using two bars, a dash super that heals and knocks the opponent away for you to either charge up again or bumrush them, and a self destruct ultimate that's with a hilarious cutscene.
Oumar-Michael Konate Exactly, the Perfect Combination should have been a move for Perfect Cell and not Super Perfect Cell. Perfect Cell used it in his fight against Super Vegeta to break his spine slamming him into the ground with that elbow finish 🙂
The rush has that bitch slap that was used on Vegeta to knock him out. Everything else is regular perfect cell but I believe it was given to super perfect cell since the only thing he did aside from beaming trunks and bitch slapping Vegeta is do a Kamehameha clash with Gohan the whole Episode
@ytfjordan The reason why it was called "solar" because in the anime, that kamehameha was strong enough to destroy not only Earth but the entire universe. Also if they called it solar system kamehameha, it would just sound bland.
They should have removed Drain Life Cell and given Semi-Perfect Cell the Galick Gun since he used that against Super Vegeta. And a rush attack for Super Perfect Cell should have been the one he used against Super Vegeta when Vegeta got slapped into the ground and almost killed by a ki blast when he tried to avenge Trunks. According to the DB Wiki it is called "Time to Die" and for Imperfect Cell he should have "See Ya!" to replace Special Beam Cannon or have Drain Life Cell as the normal rush attack and "See Ya!"as the ultimate for that form.

when i did the solar kamehameha it showed you the earth and then it started to get lava red and then there was an exploshon and then we were fighting on ruined earth. how did that happen?
@orionlordion He's not a robot or a cybernetically enhanced human, he's a living, breathing organism. Naturally living things can charge ki. 17 and 18 use a different kind of energy I'd assume, which is why they can't charge despite being human.
Of course the energy super is not bad, actually is great , its not for looking good. It actually drains energy and increase greatly own life bar. That is what make both 1 and 2 form cell good . And also he has drain in his grab which he can drain enemy ki.
He should have had Galick Gun in his 2nd form as his second Super rather than Drain Life Cell once again. I wouldn't have minded having a Spirit Bomb in his last form either.

Cell in his first two forms focused heavily on absorbing life forms to get stronger, so they gave him two attacks for that. it makes sense. i don't know why you have to complain on that. Cell is one of the most solid and strategic characters in the game, both in theatrics and in usefulness

I don't. Barrage attacks can be useful to freeze an opponent before he gets too close, because then he'll get the brunt of the barrage attack.
