It truly incredible to see the craftsmanship that goes into these clubs. Although clubs are crazy expensive seeing things like this starts to justify that cost a bit more. Very cool stuff and hope to see more of it from you guys!
I've always been a titleist guy, but especially after finding out about this. When I was deployed for oif 3&4 one if my fellow soldiers (army reservist) worked for titleist at their ball facility. While he was deployed they continued to pay his salary just as if he were clocking in and working everyday. Taking care of their employees like that is just another reason I buy their products
Titleist are my dream golf clubs and this video makes me even more excited for them. They seem like and awesome company and happy passionate employees. Thank you for sharing with us!
I just found this video and I've been working here for a week and a half! It's been quite an interesting learning process! So much attention to detail put into. It's amazing to know how much work is put into making these products!
Good insight into what happens behind the scenes. Seeing the passion and refined process used in their production is what makes them the number one in golf. Keep up the variety of content well done.
Awesome video and thanks for the factory tour !! Recently custom ordered T100s 6 iron thru 48 and great see how much care and dedication was put into my irons. Tensei graphite Red AMD shafts. - 1/2 inch 1 deg flat. Keeping my 2019 T200 4 & 5 iron in the bag.
Love your videos guys! Why you don't have more followers is a mystery to me? Also fun to see how much you have improved in the last 1-2 years, you have really raised your lowest level... Keep up the good work! Cheers from Sweden
I wish the UK/EU Titleist factory was like this. I got my new T100 irons and the 7iron wasn’t glued together 😂 fell apart before I even hit a ball. Ontop of the wrong grips on the irons too
Damn that's as bad as it gets.. If you paid attention the guy tried to claim every Titelist Factory around the world (4) was identical, up to the same standards with the exact same proprietary measuring equipment & quality control but we all know his job is to make things sound better and more precise than they actually are... no way in hell I would want my Titleist T100 irons made anywhere but the USA certainly not in the Far East or Australia or UK... this is their top Titleist facility
I will say, my SM9 Vokeys certainly have held up a bit better than any previous SM wedge I’ve owned dating back to the SM4. I loved the SM4 Oil Can finish, and the feel was phenomenal. I now own the chrome SM9s in 46, 50 and 60 degree wedges. Still rocking an old SM7 sand wedge. I don’t think the feel is quite as good, but I’ll take the better durability. I’ve easily played a hundred rounds with them and aside from a couple tiny scratches in the micro bars, the grooves are still sharp.
There’s no denying the quality titleist puts out across their clubs. Between the titleist 100/150 irons and the tsr drivers and woods are absolutely beautiful.
I thought when I clicked on the video it was going to be the making of Honma Golf irons and clubs. Or Miura golf irons or clubs. Not Titlist....lol lol Great video though gents. Guess "best clubs" is suggestive.... I am just talking S*** and giving them a hard time. Everyone relax! Keep up the great work guys! 👍
Curious about the optishot vision simulator you had installed 2 years ago. I’m curious why you haven’t used it on camera since that install video. Seems odd. Do you still have that sim? Still using optishot? If so, do you like it and find it accurate?
Only gripe with Titleist is their lack of coordination with international markets outside of the States. It seems like Titleist USA and Titleist Australia are in no way in contact with each other. Ordered a Wedgeworks mid last yr and still yet to arrive and have been given no indication as to when it will arrive. Pretty poor customer service
Just final assembly and tuning. This is not making a club, this is just a marketing. Forging the heads, wrapping the carbon fiber on mandrels, etc, is the secrets.
LET ME ASK YOU SOMETHING YOU ARE ALWAYS FOR TITLEST? I SEE YOUR VIEDOS AND YOU ALWAYS DO THINGS FOR THE BRAND I MEAN THEY ARE OTHER BRANDS DO SOME VIEDOS LIKE THE JAPANISE COMPANYS THEY MAKE SOME OF THE BEST GOLF EQUIPMENT IN THE WORLD
I do wish Titleist would stop calling this a ‘factory’. It’s an assembly plant. As a loyal Titleist customer I am consistently disappointed that Titleist attempts to confuse their customers as to where their clubs are made, as opposed to assembled. Be proud of your process Titleist.😮
Sorry, I was not expecting 26 minutes of golf club assembly. When I saw the word 'factory' in the title I thought there might have been some manufacturing. I guess everything is made in China these days. Also, I don't know what would be so secret about sticking heads to shafts and putting grips on.
This is why I have full bag of custom Tiltleist clubs!! Thank you for doing this!!
And how good are you?
It truly incredible to see the craftsmanship that goes into these clubs. Although clubs are crazy expensive seeing things like this starts to justify that cost a bit more. Very cool stuff and hope to see more of it from you guys!
Wow, totally amazed by the transparency they offered. Found this content very interesting but i am an engineer by profession.

How do they pay?
You need to find the lady in the pink pants at 2:17. She's smokin hot!
Thank you Golficity & Titleist for doing this video!

Appreciate it!
I don’t play with anything other than Titleist - amazing brand, customer service and quality is ridiculously good
Can’t wait for the next Rapsodo video!
I have always love the Titleist Irons and clubs now I know why.
This was fascinating, great watch!
Just switched to Titleist from PXG and after watching this, I'm glad I did. The attention to detail is amazing
Why? PXG has done this from their beginning. Titleist cost much more. Titleist can't touch the prices I get at PXG, being a Veteran.
@@demsareunamerican6800 and PXG can’t touch the quality of Titleist. Enjoy your Veteran’s discount. That’s the only reason anyone should consider PXG.
@@murraydmark LMFAO, yeah, PXG is Top Quality. Try again.
@@murraydmark Plus, you missed the whole point of what I said, Typical Illiterate.
@@demsareunamerican6800 PXG is ranked 6th on overall quality according to MGS industry data...what are you smoking?
Again nobody on this platform is delivering this type of content awesome job guys keep up the great work
We appreciate it Josh! 👊🏼

21:17 that matte finish is so good
Wow that place is insane !!
Great video! Next can you visit the Maserati plant? I would like to see how they put together my car 🤣

This makes me only want to order titleist equipment. They care more than we do about the quality of their products
That's good youtube marketing for you!
Speak for yourself josh
There’s no denying the quality titleist puts out across their clubs. Between the titleist 100/150 irons and the tsr drivers and woods are absolutely beautiful.
I want to see where/how the heads are made before making a statement like that.
that was awesome!
I wish and dream that I could one day go get custom clubs from these guys 😢
Fantastic video
Great video... thanks!
Wish you actually showed them making them. But I'm guessing you would need to fly to Asia.
What a great video

2:17 mark, I’m in love ❤️❤️🔥
Haha.
Fake
When Titleist starts replicating those for shipment, let me know...
I got her number, how do you like them apples ? 3:29
This an assembly operation for heads, shafts and grips. Not a manufacturing plant that shows you how club heads are forged etc.
I wish we could see the casting and forging. This is just assembly.
Titliest really is the No.1 brand in golf. I have full titliest bag apart from my Odessey putter. They really are the benchmark
Excellent video , but this is a highly specialised assembly plant.Anyone aware of yt vid of them making the heads and their construction
Awesome!
How would you tell the tour clubs from the retail clubs? It would be sweet to have a set a fitted set.
Curious about the optishot vision simulator you had installed 2 years ago. I’m curious why you haven’t used it on camera since that install video. Seems odd. Do you still have that sim? Still using optishot?
If so, do you like it and find it accurate?
Sure makes me want to order a set of irons....
Doesn't explain why my new TSR4 9 degree driver is actually 12 degrees. Is this care only given to custom orders rather than off the rack clubs?
No, they'll gladly screw up your custom orders as well during busy season
Titleist, Calloway, TaylorMade and Cobra all have facilities in Carlsbad.
Calloway and Taylormade both moved to Mexico. Titleist is still in Carlsbad
I thought this was Peter Finch. I still watched all the way through out of respect.
Well thank you!
Me too
The golden ticket

Feel your pain. Waiting for a t300 iron set with a u505 2 iron for over a month now.
I have been playing them since ‘88. It pains me that I can’t blame my clubs for bad shots😊
😆
Nice to see where my babies were made lol
Read the grinder user guide! Never wear gloves when operating a grinder!
“ the world’s best golf clubs “ …. Titlieist ? …… yeaaaaa that’s a hard NO. That honor goes to one man outa one factory in Japan. MIURA!!!!
Riveting opinion, Erik
This is assembly, components are manufactured elsewhere ... interesting though ...
Lets be honest, the real factory making and forging the clubs is Extensor World Trade In hong kong
You actually made a half hour video on this?
Just final assembly and tuning. This is not making a club, this is just a marketing. Forging the heads, wrapping the carbon fiber on mandrels, etc, is the secrets.
8:30 are you listening TaylorMade? Stop goofing around and sending out customer's orders with the incorrect Loft and lie
LET ME ASK YOU SOMETHING YOU ARE ALWAYS FOR TITLEST? I SEE YOUR VIEDOS AND YOU ALWAYS DO THINGS FOR THE BRAND I MEAN THEY ARE OTHER BRANDS DO SOME VIEDOS LIKE THE JAPANISE COMPANYS THEY MAKE SOME OF THE BEST GOLF EQUIPMENT IN THE WORLD
The secret is to assemble various components, made in cheap labor countries, in the U.S.A.

I don't see the steel melting and casting. Are they made in China? They charge a lot of money for made in china.
Watching whole vids no casting they hiding something
I do wish Titleist would stop calling this a ‘factory’. It’s an assembly plant. As a loyal Titleist customer I am consistently disappointed that Titleist attempts to confuse their customers as to where their clubs are made, as opposed to assembled. Be proud of your process Titleist.😮
According to Titleist, they say everything is in the United States.
"See here we can hire much less people but charge more for the item...see? It's better for the company. See?"
I was fitted to Titleist Irons and all Lies and Lofts where wrong that guy is full of it , sorry but I will not go back Srixon has never let me down

Shafts, heads, grips may come from vietnam, china, korea and japan but theyre assembled in usa
@@LlLnig I was moved to comment because people saying ' incredible craftsmanship they're misusing the word. Golf club assembly is not rocket science.
2:15 wrong profession
Impressive. Though, how much of these talks are fluff? He sounds sellzy.
I thought they were made in China, there is no factory in Melbourne
Don't you guys work.?
This is our work 😎
too bad Titleist doesn't do this with bag straps, they suck
So, any customer can go to Titleist headquarters and manufacturing and watch their clubs be made? PXG I can.
Bold claim of being the worlds best
Hilarious, PXG has always done this for customers. Titleist sells to big box stores, PXG doesn't. So how is everything custom?
