Hi, Renee! I tried making a sandwich bread using my KitchenAid and it's dough hook, but I think I got too much flour because it was like a brick (I also used honey in place of sugar). The second time, the crumb was too coarse. I just can't seem to get it right when it comes to the right amount of kneading and knowing the right amount of flour to add. I think the crumb was nicer with honey, but it was just too heavy.
Do you have any suggestions to help me? I'd love to make my own bread instead of buying. Thanks! I'm loving your videos!

What is imitation parmesan cheese? Pregrated parmesan isn't imitation cheese it's a cheese that has cellulose, so it doesn't clump together. Wow. Really? Not imitation vanilla.
