Actually Michael was employing the 6th method. Suggest the stupidest solution so both side just role their eyes and realize that they have better thing to do and just drop the matter. It's win win win win. The 4th one is for us, so we can get this amazing bit.
Oscar would win that argument in most cases, by simple virtue of the poster being too large to ignore. If the image is offensive to him and Angela is unable to prevent Oscar or other employees from seeing it when they look at her workstation that poster will be labeled a disruptive work element and Angela will have to take it down. If she were to shrink the image down to the size of a normal picture or use it as her desktop background, things would be different because then the picture is small enough that others aren't forced to look at it against their will and thus doesn't disrupt the workflow, while still allowing Angela to look at it whenever she wants. This is doubly true for employees who have to share a workspace with other colleagues, as is the case here.
@@shashishekhar---- not really, he still has to wear a tshirt he doesn't like, and she doesn't get to see it properly like she would in a frame. It's funny, but it's dumb

no, "Win Win" is when two sides got to an agreement on their own. And "Win Win Win" is when the solution was offered by a mediator which can pat themselves on the back
Btw I don't actually understand what was the t-shirt/poster thing about, thay took a photo with poster hangin on oscar, wasn't it suposed to be made into a t-shirt with a poster printed on it with or without oscar on it, I'm really confused tbh?
Xy Xy I think the point was to make it so Angela can see the poster and oscar can't, the t shirt doesn't have to be there as long as the poster can be seen.
I think that Oscar had no saying over the poster ... It didn't have anything offensive towards him , he just didn't like it . A good solution would be simple . Don't like it don't watch it !

The office broke my brain. Every time someone says 'it's a win-win situation' I automatically say 'but is it a win-win-win situation'
