But because those qualities in him aren't really harmful, I wouldn't consider those as factors to get him fired. What I would want him to be fired over though, is his actions that constantly hold back everyone's proficiency in their job. He does them every episode and is too many to count. "Yeeash you"
Stanley not comin' slow.
stanley has no respect for Michael he should have been fired a long time ago, also he is not a team player.
his sales records though
Michael also has no respect for any of his employes.
João Soares and his employees have no respect for him either
They can't....he unleashes the powah of the pyramid
Sales. He's good at it.
He's not a team player, you're right.
That may also been the reason why he was never promoted to a managerial job.
To be honest, I think Michael is the one who should have been fired a long time ago. He is a constant sexist, racist, and homophobic. But because those qualities in him aren't really harmful, I wouldn't consider those as factors to get him fired.
What I would want him to be fired over though, is his actions that constantly hold back everyone's proficiency in their job. He does them every episode and is too many to count.
If he didn't have above average employees like Jim, Dwight, Stanley, Angela, and Oscar, and didn't have very tolerating boss like Jan and Ryan had been, I bet his branch would have been closed down or absorbed a long time ago.
His employees do their jobs right. But why does he procrastinate in doing his job? He also doesn't take half of what corporate asks him off seriously.
He should have been demoted to a salesman a long time ago.
Boss Best
Gutted, I wanted to see Phillis get reemed by Michael
Stanley has always had a persistently **** attitude in every situation so I'm totally against him here, don't think he had any right at all to flip out like that.
Ikr. He just sits there with his bitch face being lazy and miserable. But then apparently he actually cares for the office and how Michel screwed things up.
Michael deserve this one
Yeah, but not from Stanley, the guy who puts more effort into being lazy and miserable than doing his job. He just sits there doing crosswords but then he's upset about Michael's poor management.
Oh God I remember somebody XD
For educational and classroom purposes only
which eps is this?
Did I stutter
lmfao 😂😂 everybody out except phylis
I had a hard time watching this scene, it's just so painful for me to watch.
Why Stanley is so mad? He obviously loved his working environment, is this after the heart attack (thinks not) or just non-canon stuff
Stanley has an easy life , he gets to chilk all day until of course he gets disturbed by his boss
Audio and image are not syncronized
2:51 "Every day, you do something stupider than the day before"
Yes... Almost as if there was some sort of "screenwriter" desperately trying to raise the stakes
after everything in that office Phyllis finds that dumb.
Stanley has always been my least favourite character.
Because he never makes anything relevant (as character and employee). That is why I can't buy him being "upset" about Michael's management.
Stanley should be fired.
You shouldn't get mad at a show, but when a guy doesn't do shit, disrespects his boss, and plays his shitty little game instead of participating in meetings, then tops it all off with getting mad when fired, I have to go on a rant...
Salaheldin Akl but it’s a tv show..
Then Michael should have been fired years ago...
But they can't fire the token black guy
So should Jim
He spends most of his time flirting with Pam or messing with Dwight
He does do shit, he’s a pretty good salesman. And micheals meetings are pointless
God. Reminds me of how much I hated Phyllis and Stanley.
Jijumon M Stanley’s a great character
"You are a person I do not respect."
Damn, wish I could tell that to some people on their face.
Ep?
Damn stanley was kinda bitchy
I’ve thinking of making an office piano cover in my university, go check out my other cover of you are into that ❤️
In real life, employee like Stanley should be immediately sacked. He is not of any use to company if he disobeys his superior like that. Forget about his individual skills or competency. The first rule to work for someone else is to respect your employer. If you have too much ego then don't work for others.
wright vcx well no, his enployer isn’t michael, it’s corporate which michael is a part of and he doesn’t work for michael directly, he’s in sales, if he hates michael that doesn’t mean he’s useless
Thanks Dwight
"The first rule to work for someone else is to respect your employer." ha ha ha even when they are a fool ?
@@MostCommentsAreFake-ud8by that's when you leave.
@@Icemanz666 - I do anything I want.
Lesson learned. LMAO
Why do people dislike Micheal so much without him the entire show would be so boring
2:05 Because boy, I will help you find it!!!
Was Michael right to confront Phyllis or was that a joke, that, after the incident with Stanley, Michael was then overreacting to everything?
DID I STUTTAH!!
Five warning signs that the conflict in the video may be out of control.
This on it's own makes Stanley seem like a jerk but overall Michael is a terrible boss. Hes a decent/good/great person at varying times but man he is a bad boss
Fallen Gamer how is he a bad boss? The scranton branch was the best performing branch of dunder mifflin. And look at how mismanaged the office was after he left.
@@mirzajavaid3267 But... Dunder Mifflin doesn't exist. There isn't a Scranton Branch... Micheal "does well as a boss" because the screenwriters says he does, which is because the U.S. office has no guts and isn't willing to use wit to satirize the real world for fear of alienating their audience by showing them reality. In the real world people with no social etiquette are not good managers. "Managing" people is essentially the art of weaponising social etiquette (Re: "Training") for capitalist purposes. Micheal Scott as a human being makes no sense. Its amusing, but in a fleeting way. Like comparing a packet of crisps to a full meal.
Stanley was awful... Really you cannot be this much rude
I really don't like Stanley after this.
Why is everyone raggin on Stanley he's awesome. What he said was justified
because hes rude and clearly a bad person because he cheats on his own wife and tries to cover it up
@@rebelfriend1818 well that's a whole nother thing
The guy who's always doing crosswords and putting more effort into being lazy and miserable than doing his job is the less indicated to criticize other people performance.
Worse than nuclear holocaust for micheal.
Tobbey/ Stanley
U kidding me right 91 subscriber and still getting add
D I D I S T U T T E R ?
Cause I'll help you find it...
It's kind of depressing to see Michael acting like he is having fun with his employees, but the reality is different
WHAT TITLE FOR THIS VIDEO
"the office" i think
video ini berhubung komunikasi dalam sebuah jabatan antara pengurus dengan pekerja. Dimana komunikasi pengurus tidak begitu baik sehingga berlaku percanggahannpendapat
Unpopular opinion: Stanley is the worst Office character.
You need to elaborate first. Dialogue wise? Ideas wise? Morals wise? Writing wise?
For me, no. He's the most "normal" guy there is. He possesses a mentality unique to work-to-live fellas.
Praise Stones in Florida he was so high
@@prodbyglider he has better sales record than Michael and Dwight combined.
Have you lost your goddamn mind cuz i will help you find it.
Yes
I like this scene..
I can relate
Im a captain waiter but there is one staff who happens to be my best friend that always like Stanley to me
DID I STUTTER!?
Imagine reading hentai at WORK and thinking you have the right to critizes anything or anyone.
Michael tries his best keeps blurring the lines between professionalism and a laid back sort of environment. Yes, he has crossed the lines way too many times and he has made up for it! He is the kind of boss who wants to be your friend and make your job easier. What Stanley did was unprofessional. Michael tried to brush it off, but then Stanley crossed it and Michael then had to pull up the "professional only" card. That's the worst thing if it happens to you irl. I have been in the receiving end of it and it's not good for your career.
Feel sorry for Michael, through and through.
if i was micheal, i would kick out stanley that instance
Wha wha wha wha what doug
The show was spoilt when Hollywood A Listers joined the show. Bad idea!
"For educational and classrom only" really? the desc got me like 😂
Damn i hated stanley.
stanley talking about respect? he cheated on his wife, sleep and solving puzzles all day. Michael Scott best honorable good person in the whole universe
