A big part is knowing what players to try and bluff. Dwan decided to bluff eastgate and Barry- good decision. I still don’t know how they folded- that’s why I play 1-3
Both Eastgate and Greenstein knew Dean could have like A2 or K2 of diamonds. Dwan looked so strong with his post-flop raise to Greenstein’s continuation bet, with 6 players still behind him. He looked even stronger on the turn betting big again even after seeing to players call his post-flop bet.
lmao, what did Barry do wrong, there is no chance he could call there with AA, and Eastgate is questionable but in any other stakes against any other player he is 100% of the times beat he is definitely not representing 32, he is representing either A2 or floped full house, the pnly thing he did wrong is calling preflop that is a horrible hand
@@KEEPlT1K why play 24o if you’re gonna fold trips on a dry board, just cause a known maniac at the time raised lol. You’re only hoping to flop a boat or flop A35 rainbow? Do you know the odds of those flops? 😅

I don’t understand how he folds his AAs there , he raised under the gun Tom just flat calls in under the gun plus1, he can’t have A2 calling pre flop, the only hand you can put Tom on is 10s and I think he raises pre flop, I’m calling Tom all day in that position
@@jermiahmoore4400 Doesn't really matter. AS IF Dwan is making that play with A2 or 10's full.... he's want to bet in a way to trap his opponent if they had something like a small pair: 55, 66, hitting the 7 with a hand like 87suited, the A-high or K-high diamond flush draw (that hopefully doesn't get there) ...... Petter played it badly. If he went all-in and Dwan had a full house then that's just unlucky... *NOT* a bad play.
if eastgate was the one with AA and Greenstain had the 2, Dwan would've punted it away for sure, no chance Barry would've folded a 2 against the nut Tom Dwan
No he asked him if he wanted to run it twice and Barry said no. To be fair Barry always says run it once, it’s like his thing. And Dwan wasn’t taking any money out of that, it was just too good of a hand lol.
Dean has said before that he got his calculation wrong and though he was a slight favorite instead of a slight underdog (it’s exactly 50/50 on screen but they didn’t know the outs that were already gone). He was okay with splitting the equity among multiple runs by running it twice, but he didn’t want to lower the stakes by taking money out of the pot when he thought he was favored though.
Obviously the stakes were too high for Eastgate. I immediately go all in after Dwan bet $100k. That flop was fantastic for Eastgate I can’t believe he folded
yeah also Tom dwan is not really supposed to have full house of 1010 which is what he is representing, if he 3 bets 98 std he woud've most likely 3 betted 1010 as well.. Against so many callers.. But on lower, middle stakes i would've snap folded too, but Dwan is way too crazy to fold there.. But against any other player that is always either A2 or a full house
Fuckin' not move at 3:14 by Eastgate. With the way Dwan bet, why would HE also have trip-deuces or a full house already? He'd wan't to be trapping if he had "the nuts" at that stage. Terrible play. As many many many other people have commented on this video that's been uploaded multiple times: "Eastgate = scared money" haha. Too true!

Unreal he wouldn't take 200k back for a 50-50 flip. Felt good about the hand and loves the gamble. What a hero.
Real reason why is ego. Dwan asked to run it twice and barry said no but we can take a couple hundred thousand back , so Dwan said no to that

Running twice sucks when your opponent has 4 shots at a spade.
