Strawberry & Banana Milkshake:
3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 banana
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup ice
Combine strawberries, banana, milk and sugar. Blend for 30 seconds. Add ice if preferred and blend for 30 more seconds.

Did you have trouble unlocking the base? It’s like my hand won’t reach. If I try to unscrew it with the container part, it only unlocks the container..

janis peterson I have problems getting that rubber gasket ring to fit inside the blender. Any advice? Just received mine.

Pro Tip: Slice the banana and everything will blend smoothly without getting stuck.
