In a future video, please show the transducer setup for forward and down highlighting the differences and how you know you have it right or wrong... just a suggestion.
So if I run the calibration that brings the boat orientation to the user interface. Does it also resolve the small adjustment differences people might have with the mounting the shaft bracket not being centered or at the right angles? How important is the direction and placement of the shaft mounting bracket?
I install mine this week and have bad interference, went through all the factory recommended troubleshooting. Getting a cone with black screen and it’s showing the left bottom onto the top right corner. Any idea will help. Thanks
Is the direction indication just a software update? Hope I can get that on my 93sv unit. I have it mounted on an independent mast and the little handle can get out of alignment with the transducer.
I aslo have The 93 sv it dosent have the little boat directional in the top corner. I knowit sucks. Hope they do a software update so we can also have that.
@@BillaBong1 also need to get the screen recording for the Panoptix view. It has an option to record the traditional sonar screen, so there is no reason it can't record the others.
I have a garmin ecomap plus 73sv What type of clear view should I get for the front of my boat I have a bass tracker 165 pro 2005 and what type of I pilot trolling motor I'm on a budget.
Hey guys. If I have one 8612 on my boat and multiple 126sv, I’m wondering if I should use the 8612sxv at the console for my side scan unit or upfront for my Livescope unit. What would you suggest?
Does the 126sv have decent mapping? I want the 8610xsv it statistically has better pixels but everyone seems to run the 126sv for livescope im curious which is best
Your images are ok, but you are loosing half of your screen with auto. If you mount your graph higher on the bow, you can quickly adjust the depth so it is at the bottom of the screen and the screen does not bounce around.
With the LVS32 transducer mounted on the trolling motor, do you find the image changes excessively? I'm wondering what real advantage I would have to getting a special transducer stick from fishing specialties..
Jordan P for me there is a huge advantage of having transducer pole mounted independent of trolling motor. I can hold image on screen regardless of motor position or scan in another direction other than traveling direction. In current and wind the trolling motor is constantly changing direction to put or get you where you want to be unless you are anchored down. IMO pole mount is the way to go!
I have LiveScope mounted on a Fishing Specialties pole (great product). I also have a new MotorGuide Xi5. When in anchor mode, the Xi5 definitely moves too much for the LiveScope to stay focused on a fixed object under water, even when there is minimal wind and current. The Livescope transducer has a 20 degree sonar cone, so the area being viewed can slip out of view/focus pretty quick. The LiveScope is amazing technology and I'm glad I have it.

Thank you sir going to install mine this weekend
Is this a 8410 unit mate??
What unit do you use here . Thanks

What unit is he using for a screen

Opinions on which to use for finding brush piles, etc, forward or down view? Thanks

awesome video. what unit is that? what unit would you recommend for barramundi fishing?
a really clever way to overlay the recorded screen.

No-it is inherent but you have to follow the directions. Dennis on Lake Austin
Calibrate your compass. It will ask have your trolling motor down and turn the body at 1.5 times

@@TheKennyHack I don't think you can record video from Livescope on the EchoMap Ultra.
How did you change your menu color theme? Don’t have a Garmin System yet, soon I’ll have one. 😇

Jordan P I agree. I use the “Da Ducer” from Podunkideas.com. Well engineered and crafted and make the use of the transducer effiecient.
What camera did you use to record this? The clarity is amazing
