The clash between Malenia, and Friede was the one I was anticipating the most however, and it did not disappoint. Although I already knew Malenia was almost certainly going to win given she has her lifesteal, and second phase active, the fight was still so very satisfying to watch. Especially when Friede used her death hold neck slice on Malenia, and then quickly forced her in to her second phase shortly after. no way she wins malenias phase 2 because of the aeonia the rot would melt her life in seconds. If the NPCs werent so dumb and walk into her attack she maybe would lose more fights :D
Watching Friede mutual kill Maliketh, nearly take Rykard straight on, outmaneuver Malenia, and take on several multi-phase bosses makes me feel a lot better about how hard she kicked my ass back in DS3.
This blew away my expectations. Friede was such a badass in this. Seeing her demolish Margit, Godrick, and that Lich dragon was cool. The result of the Maliketh fight shocked me in a great way. Her jumping over Renalla and The Elden Beast's attacks would have been the highlights of this video if it wasn't for the fact of the way she beat the ever living shit out of first phase of Malenia with her low amount of health. I did not expect her to stand a chance against her first first phase but she did it! I usually don't care about who wins in fights of videos like this but I was rooting for Friede in her fight against Malenia despite knowing she wouldn't stand a chance against her second phase.
Wow. She beat most of them AND the fights she lost were close, with the exceptions of Phase 2 Malenia and Radagon. Also, how did Radagon manage to beat her when his second phase (Elden Beast) and other stronger bosses couldn't?
Radagon is super aggressive and staggered her before she could do powerful moves, he's really good at countering characters without too much poise. That's why he usually does pretty well against Malenia even if he should be fodder to her considering she easily beats stronger bosses than him
He's just as aggressive and mobile as she is, but Radagon actually has poise. 0 poise is a pretty bad weakness to have. It's what cost her Rykard, too; if lava wasn't constantly interrupting her she'd have chewed him up.
Friede and Lady Maria. FS spoiled us with excellent boss fights in DS3 and BB DLC. And I know the same is gonna be true with Elden Ring's DLC. I can't wait!!
I can see you combined the health of all 3 phases which makes sense considering how borderline impossible it would be to port the full fight with phases into the game. She did way better than I expected considering the whole, 0 poise and rare hyperarmor things. I'm guessing next, you'll port Nameless King with his P1+P2 healthbars wrapped in one. After that, it would basically be one left from DS3 to take on the gauntlet. That being Yhorm. The rest aren't strong enough to get far in the gauntlet.
I'd like to see a version where she gets all 3 life bars, including Ariandel for the 2nd. Also with her blackflame attacks having the % life melt effect they would have in ER.
Finally, the best Boss invades Lands Between!🎉 25:14 that was super cool! And Friede really dominated Malenia's first phase. Overall she did a lot better than I expected: 12 wins, 1 draw and only 6 loses. And most of her lost fights were very unlucky, she would surely beat Mohg if damage from Nihil wasn't set that absurdly high. My favourite BvB video on YT at this point.

If she could get knocked down the same way every ER boss can it would have been way less impressive.
@@cirkleobserver3217cope. Ds3 bosses are just built different.
@@cirkleobserver3217 in exchange for no staggers, she has very low poise and can get knocked down like any player character. Don't be daft.
Least insane friede glazer
Lady Maria and black flame Friede vs Malenia would be greatest boss battle in souls history
Someone's already done it. It's INSANE
And there's Friede teaching Gideon why we never drink estus right up in the boss's face.
i think 2 phase malenia versus 3 phase friede would be downright epic
Wow. She beat most of them AND the fights she lost were close, with the exceptions of Phase 2 Malenia and Radagon. Also, how did Radagon manage to beat her when his second phase (Elden Beast) and other stronger bosses couldn't?
Probably because of radagon interrupting important attacks, that seems to be her weakness, just poke her and you stop her from attacking
Radagon is super aggressive and staggered her before she could do powerful moves, he's really good at countering characters without too much poise. That's why he usually does pretty well against Malenia even if he should be fodder to her considering she easily beats stronger bosses than him
Friede has the poise/stance of a player so any enemy that constantly attacks her would stagger her to infinity.
@@pinkvillajuice sadge. I just breath on her and she flinches
He's just as aggressive and mobile as she is, but Radagon actually has poise.
0 poise is a pretty bad weakness to have. It's what cost her Rykard, too; if lava wasn't constantly interrupting her she'd have chewed him up.
After she kills the bosses all i hear is "Leave us be, Ashen One. Sweep all thought of us from thy mind, as thy kind always have."
Friede and Lady Maria. FS spoiled us with excellent boss fights in DS3 and BB DLC. And I know the same is gonna be true with Elden Ring's DLC. I can't wait!!
I love how she dodges attacks, first boss I've ever seen who didn't get repeatedly blindsided by Placidusax
Sir Gideon getting bullied in a corner as usual 😂
yeah why does giddy always suck in these?
@@ericschubel9533 As he keeps saying “A man cannot kill a god …” so someone needs to corner him 😂
The community you’ve built around these custom battles is so positive and engaging. Love being a part of it!
that godskin duo was the closest shit ive ever seen literally a hair from winning😭
could you imagine if Friede had Elden Rings black flame?
The anime walk up @ 6:02 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Credit where it's due, even in the fights she didn't win she put up one hell of a fight.
Friede is so fast she doesn't even feel out of place in Elden Ring
I sometimes forget just how much damage Friede is capable of putting out.
Love the fact that Friede just absolutely demolishes Gideon while he's still talking. Like watching a jock beat up a theater kid.
She even put bro in the corner XD
She looks even more beautiful with enhanced graphics, that black flame and ice is awesome
9:16 HOLY WHAT IS THAT DAMAGE
Fire Giant's special move: punishing the stupid enemy for standing too close
Imagine how much more deadly she'd be with Elden Ring black flame
See!? Even SHE thought the Draconic Tree Sentinel was bullshit!
Agreed, my brain just can’t with that asshole
She dodged... she dodges the meteor.
I think she got knockdown i-frames
@@irtendor5885 No, she was standing at the moment the meteor fell, she have a very long recovery from knockdowns.
@@irtendor5885 Wait, it's actually faster in this mod, maybe you're right.
Her battle with malenia was on next level
Reminds me of that scene from lord of the rings.
"A man cannot kill a god"
Friede: I am no man.
27:09 "shut the fuck up & fight!" 😂
Lol
Please avert thyn eyes... for I am about to test thou vigor... -Friede probably
I'd like to see a version where she gets all 3 life bars, including Ariandel for the 2nd. Also with her blackflame attacks having the % life melt effect they would have in ER.
The fight with phase 1 Malenia was beautiful
Maliketh and her killing each other at the same time was awesome
Friede vs Friede vs Melania is quite possibly one of the top coolest fights i’ve seen
12:55 was pretty cool not gonna lie
Sister frieda was the DPS Queen before Melania
She managed to survive radahns bullshit attack is a sight to see.
Friede feels nerfed without her ability to turn invisible - still awesome fights!! Excellent video..
I have a feeling, the AI would still "see" her if she was invisible. The lack of the two first phases is definitely a big nerf tho
I wish I had my scythes from dark souls 3 when I played elden ring.
12:50 EPIC DOUBLE K.O.
Finally, the best Boss invades Lands Between!🎉
25:14 that was super cool!
Yes, but Gael also cool
@@Artem-eu3uv true, he is my second favourite in Dark Souls 3.
25:09 Friede really said, "enough playing around."
@@suchar7175Gael is my favorite DS3 boss, then it’s Frieda (Frieda killed me much more though, Gael was surprisingly easy for me). I was very happy with Frieda’s fights here, it was amazing.
@@kokocarillo9931 Friede is also much harder for me, I've beaten her 80 times (as for Gael, the counter is around 20) and she can still kill me easily while I usually beat Gael in 3 tries. Third phase of Friede alone is harder than most of Bosses I've ever fought.
phase 2 of friede with Ariandel vs Malenia seem more balance, I want to see 2 healing boss fight each other
Frieda has earned my full respect she fought with honor! RIP Sister
2:46 that ice bridge to the air was more like Sister Elsa 😮😂
Would be cool to include her 3 phases too since you included multiphased bosses. Or at least full heal her after they transform and refill their health
Watching Sister Friede non stop stagger and combo Malenia is like a work of art man ... unbelievable goosebumps .. this is one of the greatest things i have ever seen .it made my day thanks ..
Friede: Hi Malenia
Malenia: Nice to meet you Friede.
Death Battle with Knifes begins*
Knifes...
Sir gideon still getting disrespected midspeech is HILARIOUS 😂
Radagon hammering Friede reminded me of SoC 5 hit combo against Friede. Radagon is a GoW fan, SoC is DMC fan
It was so amazing to see Friede fight with Malenia.
2:27 that was some shit straight out of a movie
Too many legendary fights in one video 💪
You won't believe it, but just yesterday I was looking for a video of Friede vs. Malenia
That's crazy! 😱
Friede and Malenia was hype af. The neck slash at 25:12 was gnarly
Dang, Friede really said: "you're nothing next to Midir" to Fortissax 😮.
Gotta remeber that this is also the last of many fasez. Melania got her second faze and friede disnt
Friede pushing Malenia to phase 2, was impressive. Keep in mind she's very humanoid, like as a player you could easily stagger her and such.
I love how every time she's knocked to the ground, it sounds like the metal pipe sound effect XD
Her getting knocked out by radahn shots legit sounded like metal pipe meme
“Please don’t be cracked”
Blackfame friede:
Friede just defiantly ate Radhans’s comet then killed him! Like Bring it…
"Thou'rt Ash, and fire befits thee, of course..."
