It was incredibly easy to find, and if you want to know how I found it, so that you can make it harder for others to find it (though in many of your videos you jog outside near your house where there's plenty of street signs visible), let me know and I'll give grant a call (his number is public info. I was that chubby kid always in the back and never in my life did I think I’d be lean, active, running 5 days out of the week. It’s honestly insane! Hi Steph! I'm from Italy 🇮🇹 and, as like you, I never been interested in any sport when I was young...later something changed in me and I become more passionate about moving my body (I also have a degree in sport science)!
Thanks to you last summer I began my training for my first 21k in Verona 3 weeks ago and I was absolutely fantastic!
Now I'm training for a full marathon this autumn and for a 70.3 for next year!

Hey! I grew up watching my mom run marathons and i thought i am never strong enough to do this but i’m so glad to say that i am currently training for my first ever half marathon this fall. I am only 16 so all my friends are in a place where they want to drink and party a lot and sometimes its hard to stick to my plan. Iam really thankful for you steph bc thanks to your inspiring videos i find motivation to keep going despite what others say🩷

I live in the Netherlands and couple days ago I had to pick up 2 orders. Accidentally ordered them to different places so had to bike 1,5 hours in the rain & wind but I was thinking about you girl 🥹 & listened to music. Recently found your videos and have found them really helpful! Currently training for my first marathon (Belfast) and also learning to swim properly in the hope of doing my first ironman next year. Keep up the great work!!
I'm training for a 70.3 and before that will do an Olympic distance, propably also some short distance running events as well every now and then🏃🏼♀️also if anyone is thinking about getting into triathlon and is worried about all the equipment, don't worry!! Use what you have, I did my first tri with a mountain bike and while it wasn't fast, it was fun and perfect for trying out the sport😁 thank you Steph for sharing your journey x

I get that way after swimming too! I love the pool but definitely allergic to chlorine. I already take allergy medicine daily but the biggest thing that helps me is really making sure I wash my face and hands well after sometimes getting really up in my nose (gross I know). If I'm in a hurry and can't get a shower in I wash my hands and use a good face cleaning wipe sometimes going in my nose and little then I'm usually good. Good luck!

I’ve been trying to explain the difference lately between good,bad&fun foods especially around exercise. We’re both now fascinated with the channel now that we’ve found it. I feel your pain with the blocked sinuses after swimming… I got addicted to those nose sprays as they work so well… but my friend who is a anaesthetist said they destroy the lining in your sinuses. I went cold turkey with them and used the sea spray but for a few days it was absolutely horrendous but cold turkey was the only way. Once the lining was repaired it was 100% better but I still use the sea spray after swimming like you did. The perks have been a triathlete 🤣🤣🤣.

that aerobic run pace is mind boggling
I used to have the same issue every time I swam. Now I put a couple of drops of rubbing alcohol into each ear, let it sit for a second and then tip it out. It dries everything out. Then a shower to get the excess chlorine off. I also find a good cup of tea helps clear the sinuses. Good luck!

I empathise greatly about the nose problem, I suffered for ages with it too. Change pool if you can,
everything I did:
- fexofenadine hydrochloride 180mg like an hour before I swam (a high strength antihistamine)
- Sterimar nasal spray
- wash face immediately after swim
- Tried nose peg (hated it)
- Use breathe easy nose strips at night (they help alot!)
Apart from that I changed pool and my new pool seem to have figured their chlorine levels out.
Half marathon Sunday hoping for a PB hoping I’ve put enough work in - the Ironmans looks awesome maybe one day 🤞🏼
I will be doing a 42km trailrun with a 2500m climb on 4th of may in Innsbruck Austria, and a 52km trailrun on 31st of August also near Innsbruck! Super nervous, as it‘s gonna be a challenge for me, but i‘m also reaaally excited 😍

So so inspiring. This time last year, I couldn’t even run for a minute. Currently training for my first half marathon and knocking out 10ks (slowly) without a second thought. Not sure what’s wrong in my head but I’m watching this thinking… an Ironman. Tempting. 😂
I have the same issue with running nose a congestion after swimming. Started using a sinus rinse after every swim. Really does help reduce it blocking up and the pressure build up. Still get a slight runny nose but big improvements
