The 40 inch Aluminum Snake Tong

It's that season again approaching April and snakes are coming out again. Here's a video to look at the Aluminum 40" Snake Tong.
I'll give a walk thru of the functions and how it works. This tong doesn't hurt the snakes and it's easy to use but I would only recommend it for smaller or mid-size snakes. It's not built for larger snakes. In short, I leave the larger snakes for professional snake experts also.
Just be careful when around snakes, some are poisonous so you have to be careful. Error on caution if you aren't sure and don't touch them.

I heard some snakes can throw poinson at distance and some run very fast. Is this small tong safe in all cases?

Sounds like a myth on that. If poisonous snakes, best to have a snake professional handle.

Nice, instead of using a snake to test the tong, use a garden water pipe or car wash pipe. Its flexible.

Coral snakes don’t have a triangle head because they are not pit vipers and they are still venomous. Some snakes such as the brown water snake puff up their heads to look like a pit viper and brown water snakes are non venomous
