Will there be Elections even in Oct 2023? | Chief Justice Target of all Fascist Forces/Conspirators?

- The way events are being made to happen -- for instance Election Commission issuing a Notification for KP Elections for Oct 8th, Qazi Faiz Isa talking shots at Chief Justice, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah's Dissenting Note, National Assembly passing a bill and Maryam emitting fire against Chief Justice who is set to retire on 16th September - makes me believe that Elections will probably not happen even in October 2023. This is difficult for Establishment/PDM to announce at this stage but they are continuously buying time to delay Elections, October will not resolve their challenges, their challenge is the "Elimination or control of Imran Khan Politics" and if it looks difficult that they will achieve this by October 2023. With this fixed "strategic interest" in mind they will create difficult excuses in Sept/October when Justice Faiz Esa will be Chief Justice!
I honesty hope I am proved wrong! And this is only a bad dream!

Dr. Bukhari, Thanks! but even the petitions Supreme Court hears fall under 184(3), the original jurisdiction of the Court; in simple terms Supreme Court is an "Appellate Court" ; it exercises 184(3) to hear these petitions; Quiz Faiz Isa wants to freeze that too - CJP was wise not to take Suo-Moto in this case to avoid further attacks

That was my only point. Dr. Moeed sb. Being ur regular follower and viewer, let me clear the law point here.. Five members bench of SC have already held that only CJ was competent to take Suo Moto. Secondly if for the sake of arguments this controversial Act passed by govt is taken as legal and valid step, despite all there r two mandatory stages left for making this Act as Act in vogue i.e Senate and President of Pakistan. Unless the same is not done, how this Act can be called a final document being an ACT in vogue. Moreover, notwithstanding all, this becomes an ACT by meeting all the requisites, it shall be challenged before SC on the genuine grounds that it could have been done only in the form of making constitutional amendment by meeting requisite 228 members of parliament because of the fact that Article 184 (3) of constitution has actually empowered the CJ of SC to exercise Suo Moto and similarly by virtue of Article 191 of Constitution, SC is competent to formulate its rules accordingly. Further to above, the current hearing is also not Suo Moto rather it is against the constitutional petition of PTI. It is also worth mentioning that no ACT or Law can be given retrospective effect. Thanks

The answer probably lies in the insane struggle that ordinary people find themselves in to provide a decent meal for their families. They are too exhausted and worried by the struggle to organize a meaningful protest. Feudal attitudes and class disparities run deep in our society
