So what do you all think of these cases?? Here's some links for you all! Ringke Onyx: amzn.to/3OFg0GG Ringke Fusion-X: amzn.to/49OdYMX Ringke Fusion: amzn.to/3OA5IrG Ringke Fusion Bold: amzn.to/42zXy8d
I'm enjoying the onyx for a minimalistic feel and the fusion x for a little more protection on my s24 ultra, both camo, really like. I've been rocking Ringke for years, good bang for buck .
The fuxion X camo has been my go to case for all my latest Ultra phones and I really like it. Kind of shocking watching a phone that looks just like mine being thrown around like that 🤣... good thing it survives. I've been buying ringke cases for years now and I really like them. The fact you spend like USD 50 and buy at least 3 of their options is really nice.
What's the point of a drop test on the laminated floor? It's the safest cover material to drop the phone onto, and even without a case a phone usually ends up unscathed. A real drop test should be carried out on tile, concrete, or tarmac.
I usually do it out on concrete but weather was too crazy outside. And I actually have broken a phone on this surface with a case by another brand. So yes it is still a fair surface to use.
Thanks so much for this. I currently have a Caseborne ballistic style case on my Pixel 8, and I haven't been all that impressed with its durability. It's protected my phone from multiple drops, but the front frame is now broken in at least three places. It also adds a *ton* of bulk to my phone, and my hands aren't exactly large. The irony of a ballistic case's size making me more likely to drop it is not lost on me. So I've been looking into other cases, and I keep coming back to the Ringkes. I'm drawn to the idea of attaching a lanyard, but I wanted to see if the cases themselves were actually protective. This helps a lot.
Of the Fusion X cases, which has the more "grippy" back? I love the Camo one but find the back to be slippery. Which one has the most grip on the back. Fusion X camo, Fusion X clear or Fusion X frosted/matte?
@@Josh_Quinonez Yea my bad. I should have been more clear. I'm aware they don't have grip on the back. Just wondering which one is least "slippery" on the back. The camo one is slippery ( almost feels oily ). Compare the back of the camo one to the inside of the camo. Is the Clear back more or less "slippery" than the Matte Clear ( Fusion Bold ) case?🙂
Great review. I just ordered a google pixel 9. I currently have a rhinoshield on my samsung galaxy and was looking at it or a mous case but would prefer something a little more affordable. I recently found the Ringke Onyx magnetic and am quite impressed. I do find them quite flexible tho, do you think that effects the drop protection. Have you tested a Nillkin frosted shield pro case. Im curious how it compares to the ringke. It seems a bit more ridgid. Thanks

Just found this channel and man im hooked. As a s24 ultra owner i appreciate the android commitment
Awesome! I'm glad you're enjoying the content. Thank you
Only sure thing is my first s24 ultra died from being ran over on the interstate :(

Heck yeah they always provide good quality for what you pay
I'd say onyx is one of the best because it's so grippy
I love how this guy understands what Cases are for. Thats y I feel the brands he is testing out are legit CASE brands and not just gimmick SHOW CASES

That was great man, I already wanted that Fusion X black camo case, now I want it even more. Thanks for doing this test (so I don't have to).

None of them have grip on the back. But I guess the clear one is not as slippery I'd say

does the clear and fusion X turn yellow
Does the clear (not camo) Fusion X show a lot of fingerprints? Doesn't seem matte like the others.
Yes, the non-mat one will develop fingerprints after a while
What is that cut out on the right frame of the phone below the power on off button? Because I don't have that kind of anything in my s24u
Ringke like to offer places to attach a strap- for your wrist, a lanyard, or even crossbody straps which they sell.
@@Feltified I think he's talking about the mmwave antenna.
It's the mmwave antenna cutout, my s24u don't have it as well, but for US versions, they do have it.
May I ask what screen protector you are using?
Link in description 👍
I have ringke alles case does the magnet inside the case have a bad effect on the phone?
I only charge it with cables
All those drops were with the same phone??
Those last 2 clear cases are the ones I'd like, lol
Will these work with the individual lens protectors?
yes

Need more corner drop test. Commonly corner is where most cases failed to protect specially on galaxy phones with pointy corners
Kudos to you bro. This is the test video, I'm looking for 👍
The ultimate test based on reality, day by day user thanks bro for the video ✌️
Let’s go Josh 💪🏻
Lets gooooo!!!!
I say shout out to the screen protector that you are using. It's the real MVP.
do drop tests on the official covers
Thank you for giving us watchers peace of mind by risking your own assets. I appreciate it A LOT!
@@josedanielng604 always!
Omg that drop test hurts me so much!
The way you flick the phone is just a combination of different emotions for me, bro. Excellent video as always.
Ringke just 🔥
Haha glad you enjoyed it thank you
I was cringing when you threw it but good to know they didn't break, think you sold me on the Ringke Fusion over the Spigen Rugged Armour, thanks!
Glad this video helped!
Drop test should probably be on concrete not a wood floor..
It's not wood. Did you even pay attention? Lol
Rocking the ringke alles case on my s24ultra. Its built like a tank!
Concrete or nothing. #skip
Not very fair, why would you drop your phone on concrete
titles and concrete are the real test. im not convinced it a good case.
You crazy with the drop test on a 1300 phone lol
🤣🤣 It's for all of you!👍
Good video! You convinced me to get a screen protector now lol😅
It's a must! Lol
