The first locomotive I remember making is a roundhouse shay kit. I used Tamiya paint. Sprays: dark green, semi gloss bright gun metal, and semigloss black. Hand paints: flat brown and flat dark green. Gotta say the shay is not for beginners, but I'd say it turned out well. I also took a roundhouse 34' Overton baggage car to be a caboose and recently I rewired a Riverossi snow plow and painted it to match. I figured I'd try my hand at making my own railroad, but I still don't have a name. It'll definitely expand though.
"at least its hard for corporations" dude I want the scary triplex because I think its funny. the scary triplex is respectable. scary triplex is love, scary triplex is life
This year, might be your best year yet. The strain, the effort, the suspense you put into your little engines just in fascinated me. Therefore, I granted you for being the underrated modeler within the N scale range. (let me know that’s a little cliché). More people should see your stuff, you really have a good mindset for America narrow gauge engines. Have a Merry Christmas 🎄🎁
Snickerdoodle is the most majestic name for a locomotive I have ever heard

Brilliant job my friend
I like small locomotives, and the nickname fits this engine very well. Great work!

awesome and very cool!
Gingerbread would have been a good name to stick with the cookie theme
“Number two… was American. He rode roughly and often came off the rails.”
Bro likes giving engines cute names
I like naming engines after geological rock formations, rivers, lakes, and mountains
We are not the same.
