I agree with you, listening to french dialogues and podcasts works even better than reading. If you can already read and understand French, in order to speak it, listen and mimic the speakers, do this repeatedly and with time you will become fluent. This is how babies learn their first language.
Thank you very much for your video. I am a fast learner as I know Deutsch, Italiano. In my opinion, if anyone is interested to learn any language he/she should love the language first. Love to listen, love to talk. Here eat in French, sleep in French, sing French and more. It means fully involved in language and can learn faster.
Everyone learns differently. When I went to 1st grade I was taught to read before anything else. Once I learned to read I was able to move forward. Therefore My priority is to learn how to read in French. I suppose that goes along with pronunciation, so I totally agree with you. This has helped me personally.
You speak English very well, with a french accent of course. How well do you speak french with french Canadians? That is my focus since my ancestors on my mothers side settled in the Potton and Glen Sutton areas of southern quebec. One of which fought in the American Revolution!
One thing I do is watch "Friends" in French by changing the language preference in Netflix .... I have seen it in English so many times that I almost always remember the original dialogues. ........ So when I am listening them in French I try to learn the unknown words, and also get accustomed to the intonations and accents .....
I love Your videos, I learn English and French at the same time from You. It's absolutely nice as You speak English (which I am an advanced speaker in), and I love Your French (which I am a beginner in). I watch all Your videos and love them all. Best wishes from Hungary!

Yes, this is why I've been struggling to learn english for years....I didn't know how to use the mouth to produce the sounds, and my ears weren't unable to recognise them. Anyway, I'm gonna go to French in a month's time. What do you suggest me to do? I wanna be fluent like a french child....My starting point is 'zero'...
Bonjour Ana, combien ça coute pour le cours de français? J'ai très stressé en ce moment parceque je dois faire mon examen la prochain mardi 20, écrites and mercredi 21 décembre je dois parler pour DELF A2. Aidez-moi s'il vous plaît donne-moi votre cereaux français, et après le examen vous le récupérez 🙂
I'm a student in french, how can I get practice with you, and with a regard that I don't have current teacher only I'm learning online with different teacher but I'm highly interested with your tips for learning language
So the prononciation part is like how i learnt to read the Quran, it was a lot of letter sounds and articulation points, then I practiced by reading a lot, listening and repeating. That’s just the basics anyway
Hi your videos are good. constructive criticism here. Ive taught myself 2 foreign langs (Eng/Jpn) outside of my mothers tongue and I think you should ditch the tongue positioning, lip positioning and profile (side views) views in your vids. I feel if you sounded out the words 2-3 more times and let the viewer figure out tongue/lip positioning so that its faithful to the way you sound it out would be more helpful. Just a thought. French looks easy (easier) to me since im fluent in Castilian but it is the next language I have my sights on. I think your french pronunciation is spot on w/o knowing french myself. I see your english itself is conflicting between British/USA pronunciations Im in LA as well if you need help in any way, I just want to learn French. Thanks.
I'm a beginner to the French Language. I have a boyfriend who is a native Persian but won't speak French to me but instead speak English. So I have a hard time trying to practice speaking since I don't have someone who will speak French to me. What would you recommend on how to find someone to practice with or how to encourage boyfriend to speak more in french?
No difference here. Vin is v+ nasal e. The same for vingt. Letters g and t are not pronounced. T is pronounced if there is a vowel following the word. But it doesn’t influence the previous sounds anyway
English mistake you make - Don't say DURING for time spent doing something/ Eg Listen to French radio during 30 minutes. INCORRECT. Say FOR eg Listen to french for 30 minutes. During is used to say something happens within a specific time frame. EG During the summer I spent time listening to French radio. Eg I listen to french radio during the day.. thanks for you videos. I think the pronounciation one are essential.

You are an amazing teacher. Beyond your language skills, you INSPIRE me to improve , learn, and practice.
Actually from your videos my French language has become better and gorgeous day by day..

Hi
Question: what is the difference in
Phonetics of “vin” and “vingt”?
No difference here. Vin is v+ nasal e. The same for vingt. Letters g and t are not pronounced. T is pronounced if there is a vowel following the word. But it doesn’t influence the previous sounds anyway
I am confused on question and answer.. They both are same to use
