I love bbl hero & halo for chest! I have seen a few videos on tik tok about IPL lasers doing this but to be honest it’s almost always an error on the tech’s part or sometimes patients are not honest and had recent sun, sunless tanning lotions, etc.
The key is finding someone who knows how to operate the device and it won’t be the cheapest person. Always go with word of mouth and great reviews!

Can you compare BBL hero with Revlite Qswitch laser for pigmentation?

It can definitely help bit in my opinion you still need to get to the root cause of the acne and use good products as well at home.
I've had some success with this on acne but haven't had a lot of patients try it to get a lot of data.

BBL HERO can actually treat acne and help it go away. I will say I've had a couple patients out of 100s get a rosacea focused bbl treatment and had a flare of acne afterwards. That was really unusual but I also wonder if the aftercare products were the problem. I apply products to the skin before the patient leaves so that's possible. I've had way more benefits than bad though with this
