I own a 2015 Mini Cooper S Countryman ALL4 ( R60 ) , so this helped me greatly in changing out my Coil Packs . One thing that helped me greatly , was popping both long , skinny pieces above the Coil Pack Head . This was done carefully using a flat head screwdriver . They snap back into place after connecting the Coil Pack to it's Connector . Mini Dealership wanted to charge $500+ to change all 4 . I bought a new set for under $140 shipped . Labor cost would've been what they wanted to charge for something that took me less than 30 minutes .
@@jenniferfeitel9479 ended up being a 14mm. Make sure you use a 3/8 drive socket. I tried a 1/2 drive socket and the walls were too thick and I got the socket wedged down the hole. Took an hour to get it out! 🙄
@@jenniferfeitel9479 The spark plugs I bought were 14 mm 12 point. I just wanted to make sure that somebody uses a thin wall socket so that it doesn’t get stuck like it did to me.

Could I just change the one they quit working? Or does it not work like that. My 15' countryman has 69k miles on it and I haven't changed them.
Great tips!
Could you tell me where the vacuum hose is on these cars? I want to use valve cleaner, but wanted to go through the vacuum line.
Damn man! 14mm NOT 16mm.
My coils will not come out seem to be stuck in?
I am sorry but I can't get over the sound of his voice. He definitely sounds like DRACULA.😁

Yes it’s 14mm not 16 and for those who want to change their plugs , never use aftermarket always original
