I think that guitar is one of the ones he still uses as a backup to his main AC/DC guitar. It shows up in the Rig Rundown from a couple of years ago. I think they said Malcolm gave it to him.
Stevie is from the young clan he always had a bloodline with acdc and his uncle Mal.. Now he has become malcolms clone and the last two ac dc albums with him playing sound as if nothing has changed on rhythm guitar.
Crazy that I remember them almost 30 years later. Saw them at Nottingham Rock City, cant remember who they opened for.... Love/Hate maybe? Possibly Slaughter?
@@caprise-music6722 Not sure I understand your response. The band is Little Big Horn and this video is from 1993 the Marquee in London. It could have been a solo concert, one that they didnt open for anyone. My comment was for the Nottingham Rock City concert, likely the same year but they opened for someone that I could only narrow down to two possible bands.
hey there. Could you create a download for this video, as well as an MP3? The only other LBH video that was posted got taken down and I never got a copy of it, which is a real shame. It had 21st Century and I aint Superstitious.
That sorta adds to the mystique of Stevie and makes him a good fit for AC/DC in that he's more about doing his part & his job playing than caring about attention seeking. If my band opened for AC/DC I'd probably hire a camera crew to ducument every cool ass minute of me on stage. Stevie, nahhh, just doin' my job, no biggie. Then & now.
@@drewjeers3301 - I read once that people on audiences may not have known it wasn’t Malcolm out there, but Stevie, when Mal took his break. All in the fam!
@@zacharyredding3860 Yeah, well, it depends how much one is into the band. The hardcore/diehard fans knew immediately. And even if they didn't, they could tell. Stevie is taller and moves differently.
Stevie normally plays Malcolm's #2 with AC/DC, but he still has that red Gretsch. You can see it in the "Rock or Bust" music video.
He used to play a black one alot which was actually a left handed model. Really cool looking guitar
Its in the blood of Young family. RIP Malcolm
Great song! I wish there was more. I love that Stevie is playing a red DuoJet like Mal started out with.
Pretty sure Stevie used that guitar for the rock or bust video

What band is it, and what song?
Malcolm gave him that guitar.
Firebird not DuoJet.

Because it's so simple that anyone can do it. He's not Malcolm's clone, he's got his own playing style.
Plenty has changed on rhythm guitar. The magic isn't there anymore.
Like malcolm 👌🏻
What nice song
Who is it? What song
You only see the shadow first, but you see all of a sudden a Young....very cool

Who the heck is it??
I hate when people don’t write it either in the title or description

I saw them too and I was a big Love/Hate fan so I'd go with them.
@Wedmore I am pretty sure they opened for L.A. Guns at Rock City when you'd seen them.
@@jetfirebird Naw - never saw LA Guns. Other guy confirmed with me it was Love/Hate.

Hardly. Sounds more like Stones
