    great videos, thank you for sharing.
    two comments. first: how much golf do you play and secondly, you did not need to cut the PVC tubing, it would have "self" formed to the curve of the combing of the boat.

    If you don't want to use a heat gun, plug the end and put hot water inside to soften it, next time.

    I see those gray, plastic brackets failed and broken all the time. They are weak, and are quickly degraded by UV light. You should probably use brackets that are not prone to such quick degradation and weakening. They won't last a year. At least paint them, to give them UV protection. Even with paint, they are weak and brittle.

    Why didn’t you put the pipe under the floor, would of been a lot easier and less work.

    • @BornAgainBoating
      @BornAgainBoating  10 місяців тому

      Yeah, I thought about it, but I would have had to put a smaller tube for the rigging tube in, or run it through the middle and put some weird bends in it, or do more fiberglass work under the deck that I didn't touch. So I just went with the 2 inch tube and put it back on the side :) lol

    Great content, but I really think you could use better conclusions for your videos. Maybe a catch phrase, but definitely a money shot summarizing what you accomplished would be great

    That's the problem with foam-filled hulls! No space for the cables and stuff!
    You solution is cheap but it does the trick.

    Something I don't quite understand: the gap in the pipe (where you're cutting it) will remain open? Why would you want that?

    • @BornAgainBoating
      @BornAgainBoating  10 місяців тому

      Yeah, but the whole pipe is outside anyway, and water that gets in, will leak out anyway, so doesn't really matter. It's only there to channel the wires from the back to the front

    • @BornAgainBoating
      @BornAgainBoating  10 місяців тому +1

      @eagle5720 no lol that's just a Bully netter for lobster, it's specifically built for the flats and going out in the back country. It's so you can stand up front and look directly through the water for whatever you're looking for. If I don't end up selling it, I built it to take out in the back country down in the lower keys.
