@@markmccreary9605 I also saw Van but he was at the Wang Center. I also saw him at the Orpheum Theater with Jerry Lewis's Sister before that tour quickly broke up because from what I read one was going to kill the other one.
This is a great concert. Very, very high standard of singing and playing.
There's quite a few really great old Van performances like this where the video matches the audio perfectly, thank God for that!!! 🙏🙏🙏
My irish living legend. I love Van so so much. We got knights in armour. Shes a rtroublyhoney angel, i saw him
What a legend. Just heard the sad news of his passing. May his soul rest in perfect peace
:o for real?!
very sad indeed.
Peewee is outstanding. I saw him with Van, and on his own in a jazz club in London. Just sublime.......Vans phrasing. It blows me away every time. Always different yet always right .....with me 😍
The songs that were playing at all those times of our life that were important to us pays tribute to the Artists for making a life long mark on the soul of another. It would be a horrible life without music. Thanks Van Morrison for all you have done and will do. Your music will live long after we are all dead and gone.
Is it just me or are most of the best artists of this genre Irish, English?
Wow! This is my first time listening to Pee Wee Ellis, he is sure a great musician and I can see why James Brown and Van Morrison were so impressed with him. RIP Mr Ellis
That solo is heavenly, it makes me cry ❤
Don't matter what I was doing wrong and seldom right, the music brought to me something I could never find happiness and peace.
Never know where the melody will go in this performance...pure bluesmanship..is that a word..?
sure is a word bro

What a voice Van has.
Was young listening to Dylan old now listening to Dylan. Lifetime of his music. Hey we’re both still here. Play us home Bob. 0:22

Think best arrangement ever of this outstanding song
Now if this isn’t sweet, I can’t imagine what is. Beautiful. Thank you. Fabulous Pee Wee Ellis ❤️❤️❤️❤️
My husband said this song reminded him of our daughter Nicole, she is truly as sweet as honey . To see her , hear her speak and bask in the love and innocence that streams from her eyes….
