There were another hacking incident in early 2023. Some hackers added innapropriate content in some experiences to make them banned. I found some youtube videos about this and my friend turned his obby game private for a few weeks because he feared getting hacked.
here is a exploiting incident I saw , so I was playing a random game when all of the sudden it changed to a map with 2 mosque’s and the first mosque you were forced to worship Tubers93 and the second mosque well same thing , Tubers93 was infront of you and you were forced to worship him , I saw who did It but it was not tubers but it was some dude idk his name and I have a video I think

This also was quite tragic when you loaded your games which would eventually have all your progress removed and replaced with beyond5d's map of where signs are placed that say why he backdoored it and this was the latest current incident in the game and there were many more such as backdoors, admin tools vulnerability which allowed users to steal them for their own mayhem. There was another user who got banned by the developer himself, and caused an update of the retrostudio security check for any vulnerabilities. He said the coding was bad and quite stupid to leak admin tools in workspace and was quite a tragedy along with the entire popular games page having to known the exploiter who deleted the map, one was which natural disasters survival and the map got removed.

The world Zero incident was probably caused because a world zero player was unhappy with all overpriced gamepasses, so he compromised a dev and changed all gamepass prices to 1. This theory may be accurate.

He created the bunny ears for the Easter Egg Hunt in 2017, but LuckyMaxer added a script into them, allowing you to, well, hack. He later got banned and fired from roblox.

I was looking for avaliable servers, when I noticed many servers had a same player outfit like bacons, bacon womans and etc as the basics, and there was about 4 fulls servers whit these and some different players, but normally, CoS has at least 1 or 2 full servers. I was curious, so I joined a server whit what I talked about before. I was confused, beacuse when I joined, the game was very dead. I asked "where is everyone??", when someone answered "idk, most of this server is all bots" BOTS. I was surprised, beacuse I tought these were at least alts or, in some coincidence, alot of players, like discord groups. I rarely see servers like that rn, but if anyone can, please, warn me if these "bots" are dangerous if you also saw that as a CoS player, I also would be interested if anyone else saw that in other games. I appreciate if you read this text ^^ .

Admittedly, he had shoes on, but that's even worse. The post went live at 11:38 PM on July 16th. And a mere 20 minutes later, the Burger King in question was alerted to the rogue employee - at least, I hope he's rogue. How did it happen? Well, the BK employee hadn't removed the exif data from the uploaded photo which suggested the culprit was somewhere in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. This was at 11:47. Three minutes later, at 11:50, the Burger King branch address was posted, with wishes of happy unemployment. Five minutes later, the news station was contacted by another 4channer. And three minutes later, at 11:58, a link was posted: BK's "tell us about us" online form. The foot photo, otherwise known as Exhibit A, was attached. Cleveland Scene magazine contacted the BK in question the next day. When questioned, the breakfast shift manager said, "Oh, I know who that is. He's getting fired." Mystery solved by 4chan. Now we can all go back to eating our fast food in peace.

You forgot that weird incident of bots scripted to stalk UA-camrs and streamers into games and follow their avatars around while passive aggressively saying they’re part of a program that they can opt out of by contacting a specific throw away account. Flamingo was a well known UA-camr affected by this incident.

Crosswoods was not really a hacking incident but more like an Exploit incident. The reason for this is that a script was used in their own game to exploit the chat system, tricking the automatic moderation bot to think that those innocent people did wrote those nasty stuff

a majority of these aren't hacking incidents Exploiting is abusing flaws in the games engine with an external tool to gain an advantage. Hacking is using external programs to gain access to servers and the data on them. April 1st 2012 was a security breach that anyone could have done, it didn't require hacking into Roblox's servers, what Ellernate effectively did was he found an oversight in Roblox's website and he exploited that oversight to gain access to the admin panel. If it had been a hack Ellernate could've done way more damage because he would effectively be able to do anything, including wiping every game, user account, comment, forum post, asset and so on out of existence permanently. If it had been a hack Ellernate would of been sued by Roblox, probably either gone to prison or permanently barred from using computers/accessing the internet

You forgot that weird incident of bots scripted to stalk UA-camrs and streamers into games and follow their avatars around while passive aggressively saying they’re part of a program that they can opt out of by contacting a specific throw away account. Flamingo was a well known UA-camr affected by this incident.

Crosswoods was not really a hacking incident but more like an Exploit incident. The reason for this is that a script was used in their own game to exploit the chat system, tricking the automatic moderation bot to think that those innocent people did wrote those nasty stuff

Exploiting is abusing flaws in the games engine with an external tool to gain an advantage.
Hacking is using external programs to gain access to servers and the data on them.
April 1st 2012 was a security breach that anyone could have done, it didn't require hacking into Roblox's servers, what Ellernate effectively did was he found an oversight in Roblox's website and he exploited that oversight to gain access to the admin panel.
If it had been a hack Ellernate could've done way more damage because he would effectively be able to do anything, including wiping every game, user account, comment, forum post, asset and so on out of existence permanently.
If it had been a hack Ellernate would of been sued by Roblox, probably either gone to prison or permanently barred from using computers/accessing the internet
